How my executives feel when they have me as their assistant.
They leave meetings knowing the next steps will be followed through.
They delegate project without having to personally coordinate every little thing that makes it happen.
They have full focus on decisions that affects the direction of the business, without being pulled into every operational detail surrounding it.
They can step away for a few hours and trust that work is still moving, people are being updated, and important things are being handled.
And perhaps most importantly, they have someone who understands when to take ownership, when to use their judgement, and when something genuinely needs to come back to them.
Because good support isnโt just about completing tasks.
Itโs about making sure the work keeps moving beyond the moments when youโre personally involved.
Thatโs what the people I support experience: being in control of their business without having to be the engine behind every single thing.
