346,921 XRP raised in about 33 minutes. Roughly $451,000. Sounds big for the XRPL. Now look at it through Ethereum's eyes. Today, in October 2026, the cheapest CryptoPunk costs about 31 ETH. Around $78,600. The entire Fuzzyverse mint is worth less than six of them. The cheapest Bored Ape today costs about $12,900. That single ape would buy roughly 168 Fuzzyverse NFTs at mint. And remember, that's the 2026 floor, after the crash. Bored Apes are sitting 97% below their record. Now go back to the top. October 2021, the cheapest CryptoPunk on the market was worth $477,924. May 2022, the cheapest Bored Ape was worth $420,430. So at the peak, one floor Punk was worth more than the entire Fuzzyverse mint. All 5,890 NFTs, sold out in half an hour, and you still couldn't buy a single cheap Punk with it. Zoom out further. At their peak floors, both collections were worth over four billion dollars each. Fuzzyverse at mint is worth about $451,000. That's a gap of roughly ten thousand times. I'm not saying ETH NFTs are the model to copy. That crash is a warning, not a target. But it shows how much money pours into a community when the whole world is paying attention at the same time. Ethereum had its NFT summer. The XRPL hasn't had one yet. 5,890 bears sold out before most of the world even knew there was a castle. That's how early we are. 🐻

Aviva Investors just put its biggest fund on the XRP Ledger. Ripple's announcement is already past three hundred thousand views. Here's what's actually in it. The fund is the Aviva Investors Sterling Liquidity Fund. Around twenty two billion pounds under management. Running since 2002. A money market fund holding high grade, short term sterling debt, with daily liquidity. Aviva launched a tokenised share class of it on the XRPL, and seeded it with fifty million pounds of its own money. And this is their second one. The tokenised USD Liquidity Fund went live on the XRPL in July. Across the two, more than eighty six million pounds is now invested, making Aviva Investors one of the largest tokenised money market fund providers in Europe. It uses a digital twin model. The fund stays where it is. The ownership records live on the ledger. Same objective, same risk profile, same regulatory protections as the conventional fund. Now the part almost nobody will read twice. Who holds the fund's assets? The Bank of New York Mellon. And who is the primary reserve custodian for RLUSD? BNY. The same bank now sits underneath a tokenised Aviva fund on the XRPL and underneath Ripple's stablecoin. Aviva even put the ledger's own stats into its press release. More than four billion transactions since 2012. Nearly eight million active wallets. Over a hundred and thirty independent validators. An asset manager doesn't write that about a pilot. This is fund number two. Probably nothing. πŸ‘€

5,890 Fuzzyverse NFTs. Gone in about 33 minutes. πŸ”₯ Even the supply is 589, just with a zero on the end. Of course it is. Half of it went to the whitelist in the first twenty minutes, before the public even got a turn. The people who held through the Long Quiet were standing at the castle doors the moment they opened. That's not hype. That's a community. Congrats to every new owner, welcome to the castle. And congrats to the Fuzzy team on another sold out mint. Now the fun part starts. Four phases. The first reveal next month. 🏰🐻

The revolution isn't happening outside the system. It's happening from within it. Brad said that today. Read it next to the video the @XRP account posted three days ago. A man in a suit, briefcase in hand, skateboarding straight over a road marking that says WAIT HERE. Defiance, meet compliance. That's exactly what this is. The OCC has granted final approval for Ripple National Trust Bank. A federally supervised platform for RLUSD and enterprise custody. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency was created in 1863 to charter the nation's banks. A hundred and sixty three years later, it just chartered Ripple. Some people expected this approval in January. It landed the day before Swell instead. Think about the road here. Four years in federal court. Delistings. Being called dead money. Being told crypto would never be allowed near a real bank. Now Ripple is the bank. On the Fuzzy gate, the scales of justice sit on the door right before the date the gate opened. The courtroom season, marked as finished. This week the new rails didn't tear up the old ones. They rode a New York subway train, and now they've been handed the keys to the station. Not around the system. Through the front door, in business casual. So it begins. πŸ›οΈπŸ»
Big news heading into @RippleSwell: the @USOCC has granted final approval for Ripple National Trust Bank. This gives Ripple a federally supervised platform to support $RLUSD and provide digital asset custody to enterprises. We’ve always said crypto and banks work better together β€” this is what that looks like. Real innovation, real accountability, federal oversight. The revolution isn't happening outside the system. It's happening from within it.

Twenty minutes. That's how long it took for 60% of Fuzzyverse to mint. And that was whitelist only, just the people already holding Fuzzy. The public mint opens in ten minutes. And the mint price? 58.9 XRP. Of course it is. 589, one more time, with a decimal point in the middle. It also means most people can still afford to grab one at mint price, which is exactly how it should be. A collection built to grow the community, priced so the community can actually join. The gate opened three days ago. Tonight, under a full moon in New York, the castle doors swung wide, and the bears were already lined up waiting to walk through. Nobody had to be convinced. The people who held through the Long Quiet just showed up. Ten minutes until everyone else gets their turn. 🏰🐻

Just a coincidence!!
New York, the night before Swell. A subway train rolls into the station wrapped head to toe in black, with the XRP logo on the side. And look at the route on the window. Grand Central to Times Square. Of every line in the city, it runs the shuttle between the old rail cathedral and the square where Ripple's billboard told the world it has a radical mindset in business casual. The New York subway opened in 1904. Steel on steel, timetables, signals, a system older than the Federal Reserve itself. The most famous old rails on the planet. And now the new rails are riding on top of them. That's the whole story of this industry in one frame. Nobody tore the old tracks up. Nobody blew up the station. The new system just climbed aboard the old one and started wearing it. Remember the Consurgimus artwork. A dead telephone pole leaning against the cave wall, wires cut. The old rails, already down. Three days ago a castle gate opened with So it begins carved across the doors. Tonight it's FuzzyCon in New York, under a full moon. Tomorrow Swell opens at Hudson Yards, a neighbourhood built on top of an old railyard. And today the subway is painted in our colours. Check the number on the car while you're at it. 1947. The year Franklin Templeton was founded. The same Franklin Templeton that dropped $150 million onto the XRP Ledger last week. Probably nothing. Just a train. But I've watched the old rails carry this city for over a hundred years, and I've never seen them look this good. All aboard. πŸš‡πŸ»

FuzzyCon tonight. Full moon over New York. The gate has been open for three days. So which would be the coolest thing to happen? 🐻 Option one: BearableGuy123 posts a photo from inside the FuzzyCon party. The anonymous artist who's been leaving bear riddles since 2018, finally in the room. πŸš€ Option two: Elon Musk walks in next to David Schwartz. The man behind X Money and the man who wrote the ledger, under the same roof. Or do you have something even wilder? Drop it in the comments. The crazier the better. πŸ‘€

Now this is very Fuzzy. 🐻 A new collection just appeared: Fuzzyverse. "It's a Fuzzy World and we're all living in it." Zero items. Zero holders. Nothing minted yet. Just a picture and a promise, posted on FuzzyCon day. And look at the picture. A castle on a floating island. The map has a place called The Land That Rose. A winding path climbing up to the gate, just like the trail of pins we've been following since June. Three flags on the towers. XRP flying from the tallest one in the middle, the same way it flies on the castle at the end of the map. And either side of it, one orange flag and one green flag. The exact two colours of the fires burning at the gate of Castle Perseverance. Orange on the left, green on the right. The gate opened three days ago. Now we can see what's on the other side of it. I'll be honest, this genuinely excites me, and I want to know everything. But I also hope Fuzzyverse learns from what happened at xSPECTAR. I was on the official xSPECTAR team for two years, so I say this with love and from the inside: selling a gigantic world all at once is a heavy promise to keep. Most of that land still hasn't launched, years after it was sold. Big worlds are built one region at a time, with the community walking in alongside you. Fuzzy has always done the opposite of rushing. A wallet that waited twelve years. A map revealed one pin at a time, thirteen days apart. If the world is built the same way, slowly, with care, and with the people who held through the quiet, it could be something special. Can't wait for more details. It's a Fuzzy World, and I'm happy to live in it. 🏰🐻

GM X. It's FuzzyCon day in New York. And three days ago, Evernorth, a public company that holds XRP as its primary treasury asset, published the Fuzzy origin story. Nearly a quarter of a million views. Here's what's actually in it. February 21, 2013. Seven weeks after the XRP Ledger went live, a wallet is activated and named Fuzzybear. New Year's Day 2014. That same wallet places an order on the ledger's built-in decentralized exchange. One XRP for one Bitcoin. Evernorth calls it a symbolic declaration that XRP was built as an upgrade on the blockchains that came before it. Faster settlement. Drastically lower fees. A native DEX from day one. In January 2025, longtime holders built a community around that wallet. Less than two years later, there are more than twenty thousand Fuzzies across X, Telegram and the ledger itself. Now the part almost nobody will read twice. Evernorth's Chief Business Officer, Sagar Shah, wrote that the company exists "in part, because of that patience." A public company with SEC filings, crediting the people who held through the quiet years. And the thank you is a limited run of co-branded Evernorth x Fuzzy merch, released at FuzzyCon during Swell week. Read the disclaimer as well. Evernorth says it doesn't endorse or promote $FUZZY or any other token. No shilling. Just a thank you. In 2014, a bear asked for one Bitcoin. In 2026, a public company is making merch in his honour. 🐻 Read it again. πŸ‘€

Who's ready for FUZZYCON? 🐻 Not going to lie, I'm a bit jealous. I really hope that by the next one the switch has flipped, and the budget can stretch to a trip to the US. Until then, I'll be cheering from Denmark. Have an amazing week, and an awesome party tonight. πŸŽ‰

I made another song. This one isn't about the bear. It's about the rails. 🎢 It's called New Rails, and it opens with the oldest problem in money. Some payments take three days to cross the sea. Some move in seconds. The old wires in the chorus are the wires of 1973. That's the year SWIFT was founded, the messenger that has carried the world's money messages for over half a century. Remember the Consurgimus decode. A half-life of 53 years. 1973 plus 53 is 2026. The new rails started in 2012. Three coders and a ledger. David writing code under the name JoelKatz. Chris Larsen with the vision that money could move like information. Then a boy from Topeka, Kansas walks in with a grin and a plan. And Monica Long, who joined in the early days and rose all the way to President. Then the lawsuit. Dead money, they called it. We kept building while the headlines bled. The bridge is the part I'm proudest of, because every line is real. The case closed. The SEC walked away. RLUSD landed on the ledger. Cross River carried it into banking. Evernorth put a treasury on a Nasdaq ticker. XRP got its own name on X, and Brad said it had been a long time coming. And the ledger itself? Never hacked. Not once. It just keeps closing, every three to five seconds, from Tokyo to New York, from London to Brazil. Yesterday a subway train rolled through New York wrapped in XRP, the newest rails riding on the oldest. Today it's Swell. The last word of the song is spoken over a quiet piano. Settled. These are the new rails. And XRP is home. πŸš‡πŸŽΊ

1/2 This spring I created an NFT collection called Arcvex Big Pets. 3,333 of them. And then I never really promoted it. So all 3,333 have just been sitting in my wallet, which honestly makes me a bit sad. Time to fix that. With FuzzyCon tomorrow, I'm giving away 5 free mints per person, and every Fuzzy holder is already whitelisted. 🐻 Not a Fuzzy holder but still want your 5 free mints? Drop your XRPL wallet address in the comments and I'll add you to the whitelist. Links in the next post. πŸ‘‡

Follow πŸ‡
Follow this one all the way down. The Wizard in the original Broadway run of Wicked was played by Joel Grey. Joel Grey's birth name is Joel David Katz. Joel. David. Katz. Now go and look at when David Schwartz created his Twitter account. April 2009. Bitcoin's genesis block was mined on 3 January 2009. So he registered that handle roughly three months after the chain started β€” before there was a crypto Twitter, before there was an industry, before there was anyone to signal to. And by his own account, he didn't learn about Bitcoin until 2011. So in April 2009, two years before he says he'd heard of any of this, a man named David picks as his online identity the name of the actor who played the Wizard. Then stack what @NFAdotcrypto laid out on top of it. Dorothy's slippers were silver in the original book, not ruby β€” ruby was invented for Technicolor in 1939. Ripple's logo is dissolved silver. Silver is what carried Dorothy home. The one song Ripple has ever identified with is "Ripple" by the Grateful Dead. Its chorus ends: "If I knew the way, I would take you home." Ripple ran that line on their 404 page. The page you hit when you're lost. Ripple's first seed investor, back when the company was called OpenCoin, was a16z. Brad Garlinghouse is from Kansas. Kansas is where Dorothy starts. So here's the question I'm not going to pretend I'm not asking. In the story, the Wizard is the one man behind the curtain who built the whole thing, and spends the entire book insisting he's nobody special. Pay no attention to that man. A man picks that name three months into Bitcoin's existence. And then spends the next seventeen years building the thing that replaces it, while telling everyone he showed up late. I'm not making a claim. I'm asking a question. Who was on Twitter in April 2009? 🎩

Pure coincidence, obviously. Four days before Ripple Swell opens in New York, Franklin Templeton quietly drops $150 million of tokenized fund shares onto the XRP Ledger. Two subscriptions. $75 million each. Cash in on Wednesday, shares issued on Thursday, October 23, in two neat batches before most of America had woken up. October 23. The same date stamped in brass on Fuzzy's castle gate. ♏ Β· XXIII Β· X. The day the gate opened. Again, coincidence. We know. That takes Franklin to roughly $200 million on the ledger. Second only to RLUSD at about $930 million, and now ahead of Ondo. And look at what the token is called. BENJI. As in Benjamins. As in the face on the hundred dollar bill. Benjamin Franklin, the man who told us time is money, now settling his namesake fund in three to five seconds on a ledger the experts spent eight years calling a solution looking for a problem. Now the part the headlines will skip. All of it sits in a single wallet. That wallet shares its signers with Franklin's own issuing account. Eight keys, any two can move it. And the issuer has kept the power to freeze balances and claw tokens back. So either one very large client walked in the door this week, or Franklin is warming up the pipes for a lot of clients at once. Franklin hasn't said which. Either way, a $1.6 trillion asset manager doesn't test plumbing it isn't planning to use. And it doesn't pick the week before the industry's biggest stage by accident. Follow the liquidity. It just walked onto the XRPL with Ben Franklin's face on it. None of this is proof. That's exactly the point. 🫑
