A productive morning out on both courses at @EnvilleGolf with Deputy Course Manager @RobJone21159152 The playing surfaces are in excellent condition as we head into the season. Very impressed with the in house work carried out between the 4th and new 5th tees on the Lodge course—outstanding effort from the team 👏🏼👏🏼

Great to catch up with Course Manager Shaun Bullin at @Hollinwell this morning for a quarterly review of the 2750E units delivered last year. Full credit to Course Mechanic Ollie Wyllie for the outstanding setup on the QA5 cutting units — over 350 hours on the greens mowers, and the factory relief and bottom blades are still in exceptional condition. A great example of how maintaining correct clearance and consistent backlapping can significantly extend cutting unit performance and longevity.

This afternoon was spent over @GreatBarrGreens catching up with CM Dave Stewart As we’re starting to see an increase in growth across the course it was a good time to have a look at unit set up especially on greens where those pesky seed heads are starting to appear, some slight changes to help combat but all in all Deputy Alex has got all cylinder mowers in a great place as the season is changing 🙌🏼 Rewarding to see our training days paying off 💪🏼 #farolsupplied

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of upgrading Beau Desert’s @clubcar Tempo buggy fleet from 4 to 6!! We’ve moved from lead-acid to lithium batteries, meaning: •More usage per charge •Less maintenance •A smoother experience all around The buggies were out on the course just 20 minutes after delivery, and the feedback from members has already been fantastic. Lovely day to be out delivering a 3 machine package to @HinckleyGC First was the HD200 sprayer and a quick trip back to the depot to mount the @TurfcoGolf 1550 top dresser on the pro gator 🐊 🙌🏼 Both the sprayer and top dresser are so easy to mount and de mount using the storage stands, even a salesman who drinks tea all day can do it with ease 😂 The top dresser will be put straight to work in the morning with the sprayer having a full install next week. Huge thanks to CM Adam Castle and the club for the continued business as these machines follow on from a big renewal last year 🙌🏼 #farolsupplied

Our new demo @TurfcoGolf TriWave 45 made quick work of some tricky areas today—seeding high traffic areas between greenside bunkers and greens we also ran it across tees with steep banks either side with minimal disruption. The independent floating heads followed every contour, ensuring great seed placement. Towed behind a utility vehicle, it will go places where traditional tractor mounted seeders can’t get to!!
