Stick with Sage, the manager we paid millions to appoint and gave a 3-year contract to. Admit that he's been sold short by factors both within and beyond the club's control. Transfer mismanagement, injuries, PSR, late pre-season, red cards, etc have created an environment of constant firefighting that have impeded Sage's ability to do everything he would like to. This won't change if we bring in a new manager, but the entire timeline will - having Dyche as a manager in 2-3 years time, or replacing him in a year, are far removed from where we saw ourselves in the future 6 months ago. It's an unfortunate situation that requires everyone to take responsibility. The club needs to do what it can to bring back the HF, and to sign an ST and a CB in January, funded by the sale of Mateta and the leftover cash from the summer. If also possible, selling Sarr and signing a new right-sided forward would be fantastic. Until then, it's a case of addressing our biggest remaining issue - set pieces - and trusting that the manager we hired can navigate us through a very tough time. There have been too many extraneous variables to justify sacking the manager for the results and performances we've had.
