@GordonRamsay the first thing I thought of when I saw the #nextlevelchef burger episode is that I’d make a loco moco burger! So today, I made one! The cook on the patty is a little over, but it’s still tasted delicious! Ingredients in the comments!
Mixed diced spam, chopped green onions, and cooked white rice with lean ground beef (locally raised by my friend!). Added just a dash of salt and some pepper.
Made a brown gravy with beef broth, tamari sauce, and Worcestershire sauce, thickened.

Healthy, no sugar added, apple oat cookies.
And not so healthy, all the sugars added, apple fritter bread.
Baking and desserts are not my forte, but these turned out pretty yummy.
