Coach Prime on if Julian Lewis is still fighting for the starting QB role.
“I’m so honest that honesty gets you in trouble... I don’t wanna go there, you guys do your homework.”
Coach Prime in his weekly press conference said this was all a misunderstanding.

Coach Prime was asked to grade himself this season.
“I don’t grade me, I didn’t grade me when I played and I’m not going to do it now. That’s not for me to do. I want to win with all my heart and I’m sad that we’re not winning.”
Coach Prime gives an update on the running backs room.
“You’re gonna see Richard [Young] a lot more this week, I’ll promise you that.”
He also said Micah Welch is out for the foreseeable future.
Coach Prime was asked if Julian Lewis is still fighting for the starting QB role.

“That’s on him. That’s on him. I don’t treat people unfairly. I don’t play games with young men and their careers. If anything I’m too forgiving and very very kind. You’ve got to understand that we know a little more than you do. Sometimes you guys on the outside think you see what’s going on but you don’t.”
Coach Prime on CU’s defensive backs vs. Oklahoma State.
“I met with a multitude of young men on Sunday and Monday, we definitely challenged some guys, we applauded some guys. Some guys out there played really well DB wise.”
He also said the corners need to play better and need to be more prepared.
Coach Prime on Isaac Wilson’s fumble to start the second half vs. Oklahoma State.
“They played hard. That was a tremendous blow coming after what we discussed and the adjustments we made at half time. It just took the air out of a lot of us, kind of like here we go again.”
