Every review of FERRARI: Like the titular car, Ferrari is flashy and expensive, but Director Michael Mann spends too much time on the brakes and eventually the wheels come off. Unfortunately it lacks a sunroof and the storage in the boot is inadequate for large families. #LFF

Speaking as a former British Museum employee, the management never seemed to show a shred of interest in addressing the massive PR problems the museum has just from existing. Meanwhile the current director has taken a decade to do almost nothing while its reputation nosedived.

Even before a curator got caught eBaying shit or whatever. It’s insane to me that the trustees don’t just demand to return the more problematic items in exchange for a huge reputational win?? They couldn’t even make a win out of dropping BP and Sackler sponsorship.

Just went to see the new TMNT and it’s such a great time. Extremely funny, brilliant soundtrack and score (Trent Reznor!), fantastic action, incredible cast too. Instantly the best Turtles movie and it’s not even close. I would watch ten of these things.

One of the reasons I quit film writing is because I couldn't get more than £20-£40 a review in most cases. 2 hours writing, 2 hours watching the film, plus travel - it quickly adds up to nothing.

Over the last year, I've written 4 film reviews. I was paid £280 in total for them. One required attending a morning press screening in London, and the peak-travel commute meant I lost money overall. I love writing reviews! But this is why I don't seek them out nowadays.

Talking about freedom, sat in Margaret Thatcher’s old Rover. Earlier I spoke to @Telegraph about how important cars are for families to live their lives. It’s something anti-motorist Labour just don’t seem to get. And it’s why I’m reviewing anti-car schemes across the country.
