K/DA FIRESTARTER Ahri 1/7th scale statue 3d render!

It was a pleasure sculpting Ahri, I enjoyed this fresh take on her new design.
during pre-production artists across the game, music team and fortiche and regional teams had their own take on the design
hence the pieces like belt, shoes, bralette, hair and also Liquid Metal pieces are slightly different while retaining the core character and accessories on every rendition of her concepts.
This design in particular, I heavily leaned towards on @wsise47 s take on Ahri’s official concept. I love her balance of shapes and beautiful illustration.
She is available for pre-order on the Riot merch website, the statue production with the factory is still on-going.
We are closely monitoring her progress.

Concept notes for our team’s first K/DA Ahri statue.
The goal was to develop a pose we hadn’t used in previous Riot statues, with her large, smoky, abstract tails integrated into the composition. Both single and multiple tails were options, but we chose multiple tails to better represent the character.
With @epseelutely, we explored dance poses, hands near the face, heart gestures, and hair flicks. We also considered incorporating the lightsticks we were developing at the time, but the music team clarified that those were for fans, rather than the idol. The final gesture combined a hair flick with hands interacting with her hair/fur.
At the start, we had only animatics and rough storyboard snippets!
Fortiche, League, the music team, and regional teams/partners were developing Ahri simultaneously, so references were still evolving. We studied girl groups’ hand gestures and poses to help inform the direction.
