Moving the motion on NHS Dentistry at Labour Party Conference was a “pinch me moment” and a great opportunity to highlight issues with the current system. It was great to have the ear of @wesstreeting, @SKinnock and @karinsmyth and I can’t wait to see what happens next #Lab25
The spin that the Greens suddenly had a huge surge is just completely wrong and innacurate. The Greens + Feinstein won 29% of the vote in the GE. They’ve only gone up 3%. So all this talk of a “surge” is just a desperate attempt for Polanski to save his failing leadership
The Greens aren’t fit to be anywhere NEAR government…
Greens are ready to be part of the next government, that's a real challenge and a real opportunity.

ALT Greens are ready to be part of next government. Natalie Bennett - Green Peer. “The job of all of us, is to turn all of those second places that you see in those MRP polls. We can, and I'm confident we will, find a way to turn lots of them into firsts. This is my focus and this is what journalists are increasingly asking me about, Greens being part of the next government. That's a real challenge and a real opportunity.”
The reaction to this from certain parts of the “twittersphere” just shows that Andy Burnham and Labour has spooked the British right and I’m all here for it
Just bumped into a stranger in the street who told me after this conference, he has just joined the Labour Party. This is the power of hope in action 🌹 #Lab26
Kicking off Conference 2026 welcoming the PM to Liverpool. There’s hope in the air 🌹 #Lab26
Jenrick is essentially saying it’s absolutely fine to assault people just because they disagree with you. How far have we fallen if we allow this? Jenrick and Reform should be nowhere near power, absolutely shameless charlatans
"Oh, boo hoo."
Reform UK Treasury spokesperson Robert Jenrick tells a protester who appeared to have been hit by members at the party's conference to "get a life".

Out in Bristol North West talking to voters at the weekend with Helen Godwin, Mayor of @WestofEnglandCA. It was great to hear from voters in the area and to spread the word about the good work their Mayor, MP and Councillors have been doing #LabourDoorstep
Rupert Lowe genuinely is one of the most grotesque people in British politics right now. Why not just show a shred of humanity and be proud that Britain provided the place for someone from a war-torn country to reach their full potential

I also want to share something with those struggling with abuse because of who you are or who you love.
It might feel hard now, but it gets better. You will build resilience and you will find - in time - strength from your experience.
Be proud. Be strong by being you.

This is a disgusting comment that betrays our allies - the brave French resistance fighters who gave their lives, including facilitating the British retreat at Dunkirk.
Comments like this show why Reform is completely unfit to govern.
Pity the French did not show the same resolve in defending their sovereignty in June 1940.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
About 90,000–100,000 French soldiers were killed during the Battle of France (May–June 1940), when Germany invaded. Around 92,000 is the figure most commonly cited.

Out canvassing in Sale today for @bevcraig who will make a fantastic mayor of Greater Manchester. Vote Bev, for our future 🌹
Great news to have Crewe represented in the Department of Transport by @connor_naismith. It gives us a powerful voice in the department and I know Connor will represent Crewe and Nantwich extremely well in this job
🧵 Delighted to have been appointed as a PPS in the Department for Transport supporting @Heidi_Labour and the wider Ministerial team to drive connectivity and growth to every postcode in our country 🚂🚌🚗🛩🚢
Having left Labour under Corbyn due to the vile scourge of antisemitism in the party, I was proud to rejoin and vote for @Keir_Starmer to be leader. He has done an amazing service to our country and the party and he demonstrated statesmanship and class today in passing the baton
The Labour Party is bigger than one person and the work of government continues. @andyburnham delivered an inspiring first speech as PM outside Number 10 and I look forward to the great work that he will do in office
