Put a premium on your time and attention.
There is nothing wrong with putting your phone on airplane mode, turning down new projects and taking personal time to focus on yourself or do nothing at all.
Meditation, walks, being around nature all help with increasing focus.

I don’t 100% agree with anyone - not even myself. I’m always surprised when Person A disqualifies Person B as a source of learning simply because Person B said/did something that Person A doesn’t agree with. Full agreement is a terrible requirement to place on anyone.
