At the 11th Review Conference of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) in New York, Ambassador ICHIKAWA, Permanent Representative of Japan to the Conference on Disarmament, delivered a joint statement on disarmament and non-proliferation education on behalf of 115 states, including Japan, the largest number ever.
