中東情勢に関して、陸路での邦人退避支援も継続しています。
先ほど、イスラエルからの出国を希望された邦人３４名が、イスラエルのテルアビブから隣国ヨルダンの首都アンマンに陸路（バス）で無事到着しました。
アンマンでは、在ヨルダン日本国大使館の医務官も支援に当たっています。
外務省として、今後も、状況の推移や邦人の皆様のニーズを踏まえながら、邦人保護に万全を期してまいります。

【The situation in the Middle East】
The situation in the Middle East has a significant impact on Japan, including from the perspective of energy security. Considering our national interests, the Government of Japan is closely monitoring the developments with great concern.
The MOFA established a response headquarters under FM Motegi, immediately after the occurrence of this incident.
Following instructions from PM Takaichi, the Government of Japan will gather information thoroughly by maintaining close communication with relevant countries. In cooperation with relevant ministries and agencies of Japan, the Government will take all possible measures to ensure the protection of Japanese nationals.

本日、イスラエルが「イランに対する先制攻撃を行った」と発表しました。その後、米国の参加も発表されました。
こうした懸念があったことから、これまでも早めの邦人退避など、万一に備えた対応をしておりましたが、一報を受け、直ちに、私から関係省庁に対し、情報収集を徹底すること、残っておられる邦人の安全確保に向け、万全の措置を講じることを指示しました。
また、本日１６時、官邸に「イラン情勢に関する情報連絡室」を設置し、情報収集に当たっています。
本日、党務出張で金沢に赴いていますが、逐次報告を受けて必要な対応を指示しています。
この後、東京に戻り次第、関係閣僚から報告を受けます。
日本政府として、あらゆるリスクに備え、万全の対応を行なってまいります。

Glad to meet the largest ever delegation of members of both houses of Japan's National Diet to Israel, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem.
I stressed the importance of our strategic partnership with Japan and our will to deepen security ties.
I described the goal of the Hamas terror in Gaza: eliminating the State of Israel. If this terror state isn't dismantled, the suffering of both Palestinians and Israelis will continue.
