- Proveer información visual del estado actual de la cola de paquetes.
Tus empleados están estresados porque el asunto está desorganizado y no pueden enfocarse. Empleado estresado = mal servicio. Pero el desorden es culpa tuya, no del empleado.
Como @caribetours puede mejorar:
- Sustituir el sistema actual por una sola interface que solo tenga la información que debes darle: # envío y cédula.
- Colocar la pantalla donde sea imposible ignorarla al llegar.
- Los Envios deben salir en el orden que fueron registrados.
La paquetería de @caribetours es un desastre:
- Cero información: llegas y te pones en la fila de recibir pero tenías que haberte registrado en aquella pantalla.
- La pantalla es un acertijo. Descrifas que pide # de envío y cédula.
