For some reason there is no artifacts and no hit on the latency maybe because the fg is applying on the emulator it's self not the game, btw the emulator support the fg natively

It looks like is not a bloom issue instead it's the game's volumetric fog The game fills a 3D grid of little boxes in front of the camera with fog density and sunlight. It then adds up the light along each view ray, That's the same kind of thing as a Principled Volume in Blender
