🇺🇦🤝🇪🇺 Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence hosted a joint mission from the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Defence Industry and Space @defis_eu and the European External Action Service @eu_eeas, led by Deputy Director-General @HeraldRuijters.
We discussed oversight of the Ukraine Support Loan, competitive electronic tenders, the Drone Deal, and joint production under the EU–Ukraine Defence Industrial Pact. Our 2027 priorities include FPV, middle-strike, and deep-strike drones.
Ukraine has received nearly €16B of the loan’s up to €90B so far.
Thank you, EU, for your reliable partnership!

In the unmanned systems battalion of the 42nd Marine Brigade, the only quiet comes between flights.
FPV drones, heavy bombers, recon Mavics: each has its own specialists, but one rule applies to all of them. Training never ends.
Warriors drill day and night, in strong wind and low visibility, while new recruits pick up the controller for the first time and within days are holding a drone steady in the sky.

Russian ballistic missiles struck the grounds of a university in Kyiv and the area around it – effectively the campus, Kyoto Park, the area near a metro station, and residential buildings. The exact number of casualties is not yet known. But tragically, there are victims. There are people injured. Rescue operations are underway. There is extensive damage, and there are also reports that people may be trapped under the rubble. All emergency services are at the scene and doing their work – saving lives. The missiles hit very crowded areas, and there is not a single military facility nearby. This was a strike directly on the city, on its infrastructure. Unfortunately, there may be more strikes coming. The attack with “shaheds” is also continuing – against Kyiv and our other cities and communities.
And it is precisely under such circumstances, when the threat is constant, when strikes can come at any moment and target cities and villages directly, that artificial delays in providing air defense to Ukraine help terror. It is important that political agreements be implemented promptly at the team level. It is important that our partners understand that Ukraine needs the proper tools to destroy Russian ballistic missile launchers. This would be the most effective way to save lives. It is important that the world sees that Russia is showing nothing but a desire to kill and continue waging war. Ukraine must not be left to face this alone, and it is solely Russia’s fault that the war is still going on and people are still dying. Please take care of yourselves. All partners should stand with Ukraine – with the protection of lives.

🇺🇦🤝🇲🇩 Ukraine and Moldova have signed a five-year agreement on military-technical cooperation.
Minister of Defence Evgeniy Khmara and his Moldovan counterpart Anatolie Nosatîi signed it in the presence of both prime ministers. It covers equipment repair and modernization, cyber defense, airspace protection, specialist training, and joint R&D.
Evgeniy Khmara: “Ukraine has experience that cannot be gained through exercises... We are already assisting Moldova by providing advice on developing its air defense.”
The agreement does not affect Moldova’s constitutional neutrality.

🔥 Ukraine’s Defense Forces keep hitting the Russian facilities that sustain the war against Ukraine.
In Oryol, our warriors struck the Proton plant. This strike will complicate production of the missiles Russia fires at Ukrainian cities.
In Tolyatti, the Tolyattikauchuk plant was hit. It produces synthetic rubber, monomers, and high-octane gasoline additives, feeding raw materials into Russia’s missile program.
Strikes on enemy drone depots and bases continue.

This past week alone, Russia has launched around 1,600 guided aerial bombs, 48 missiles of various types, including ballistic missiles, and nearly 2,300 attack drones against Ukraine. Unfortunately, almost every day, these brutal strikes leave people killed and injured. In the evening, Russian strikes on the Dnipro region killed four people. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Another 22 people were injured, including an 11-year-old girl. In Vinnytsia, a Russian drone struck a high-rise apartment building. Six people were injured. In Kharkiv, the Russians first struck a home improvement hypermarket and then carried out a cynical double-tap strike on the emergency services that arrived at the scene. First responders were injured. There were also strikes overnight on a thermal power plant, substations, coal mines, grain storage facilities, shopping malls, and a postal logistics hub. Damage has been reported in nine regions.
This is how Russia responds to diplomacy and deisolation. And it is very important that support for those who protect lives not diminish alongside the negotiation process. We need to unblock the deliveries of Patriot interceptors already approved by European countries. We need to continue supporting Ukrainian combat aviation to defend against jet-powered “shaheds.” Every such defense package, especially ahead of winter, helps save lives. I thank all partners who provide this kind of support.

Minister of Defence Evgeniy Khmara met with representatives of Ukraine’s defense industry to discuss transparent rules for manufacturers, predictable procurement, and growing production capacity.
Evgeniy Khmara: “Russia adapts quickly. We must be faster. We must stay one step ahead.”
The front comes first. Exports will be considered only once the Defense Forces of Ukraine are supplied, opening new markets and generating resources to reinvest in production.

Every enemy drone that gets through to a position can cost a warrior’s life. That is why training never stops, until every reflex becomes automatic.
Our marines study Russia’s newest drone tactics to stay one step ahead. Nothing hostile should be flying over their brothers-in-arms. There is no time to hesitate: if you see it, you shoot it.

Ukraine has hosted Tryzub, its first international military surgery and resuscitation course. Sixteen frontline surgeons and anesthesiologists trained side by side under instructors from @AmCollSurgeons and @iatsic.

About 90% of aerial targets are neutralized during Russia’s massive attacks. Layered air defense makes that number possible, and interceptor drones are a growing part of it.

- nearly 248,000 fixed-wing UAVs
- nearly 125,000 multirotors
- more than 35,000 Shahed-type drones
Every hit is filmed and recorded in the DELTA combat system and verified by @BRAVE1ua. Each drone taken out could mean lives saved, at the front and in our cities.
