The FA has outlined new diversity targets for England's coaching staff by 2028. The governing body wants 25% of England men's national team coaches to come from Black, Asian, Mixed or other ethnic minority backgrounds. It is also targeting 50% female representation across England women's coaching staff, while aiming for 45% across its overall workforce, with a stretch target of 50%. The targets form part of the FA's wider strategy to improve representation across English football.
