Remote VA performance falls apart when work lives in fog.
Clear outcomes and visible progress fix most of it.
I wrote this after seeing the same problems repeat across teams.

Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI:
“You don’t need to write prompts anymore.”
In just 27 minutes, he explains how to use ChatGPT in ways most people haven’t even explored yet.
This was a talk he gave to Stanford students. A friend sent me the recording last night.
After watching it, I realized I was barely using 15% of what ChatGPT can actually do.
Watch the full talk, then check out the guide below on how to build a system that can prompt itself.

Building a business that can provide for your family as its sole means of income is much harder than Twitter let’s on.

Your calendar is full.
Back to back. Zero white space.
So you must be crushing it, right?
Wrong.
Being busy and being effective are two different things. You can work twelve hours straight and accomplish nothing that actually matters to the business. You can sit through eight meetings and make zero progress on the stuff that grows revenue.
Here's why.
Most of what fills your calendar isn't strategic work. It's reactive work.
Someone needs an answer, so you hop on a Zoom call.
A client has a question, so you schedule a call.
Your team wants to sync up, so you add it to the calendar.
A vendor wants to check in, so you make space.
None of that is a decision. None of that moves your business forward. It's just you responding to other people, one ping at a time.
And before you know it, your entire week is filled.
Not with your agenda.
With everyone else's.
This is the trap founders don't see because it disguises itself as work. It feels productive. It looks productive from the outside. Full calendar, back-to-back calls, phone buzzing all day. But activity and progress are not the same thing. You can be the busiest person in your company and still be the reason nothing moves without you.
That's the real cost. Not the hours. The fact that your business can't function unless you're personally in the room, answering the question, hopping on the call, making space.
You didn't build a business. You built a job where everyone reports to your calendar.
If you want to see exactly where your week is getting eaten and what it's actually costing you, that's the whole point of the Business X-Ray. Ninety minutes, we map your business on one page, you walk away seeing it clearly for the first time.

I’m convinced 90% of a founder's job is to just do 3 things:
- be delusional in your optimism
- push everyone to move faster
- make it crystal clear what to work on
Most founders don't actually need to work 14-hour days.
They need fewer tasks with their name on them.
Every meeting you schedule.
Every email you answer.
Every follow-up you chase.
Every invoice you send.
None of those jobs make your business more valuable.
Building the business does.
That's where an Executive Virtual Assistant changes everything.

🚨 Anthropic just showed a 27-minute workshop on how to actually do prompts for Claude.
Taught by the people who built it.
Free. No registration. No paywall.
I've seen $300 courses that don't cover what they teach in the first 8 minutes.

MANILA, Philippines — Filipinos find being a virtual assistant as their top dream job, more than any other career, according to a research conducted by digital services provider Remitly.

Among the many countries offering remote talent, the Philippines has earned a reputation as one of the most trusted sources of Executive Virtual Assistants.
That reputation wasn't built overnight.
Ask ten business owners what an Executive Assistant does, and you'll probably hear the same answers: manage calendars, book travel, schedule meetings, and organize emails.
Those responsibilities are still part of the job. They just don't define it anymore.
More TIME
More PRODUCTIVITY
More PROFIT
More FREEDOM
NO BS. When you're ready to be done pushing an elephant up the stairs- and want serious help- let's talk about a remote Virtual Assistant.
I'll wait. Been doing this for 10 years- not going anywhere.
