I wish in 2023 we didn’t need to have such rallies, but clearly we do. Today and everyday, I stand with all 2SLGTBQ+ people, especially kids.

Thank you for the support, Electoral Area A residents. I am honoured to continue to represent you on the Metro Vancouver Board, and TransLink's Mayors' Council for Regional Transportation. Congrats to all who put their name forward to run for office in this BC election.
Saying goodbye and a huge thank you to a Metro Vancouver climate action legend. I have learned so much from @Harold_Steves and others on the Metro Vancouver Climate Action Committee, and hope to be able to continue the work next term.
Electoral Area A residents - if you got this confusing mail from the CoV, please let me clarify: you get to vote for 1 Electoral Area Director and 9 school trustees. Vote at UHS or UBC Nest on Oct 15 8a-8p. You don't need this card, just proof of citizenship and residence.
Voters in Electoral Area A, please get out and vote! You can find out more about why I hope you'll vote for me here: areaajen.ca. xitter.gq/MetroVancouver/status/…
I've got exciting news about the upcoming local election! Find out more here: wordpress.com/view/jenmccutc…

“Really for decades, there's been this desire to have more direct representations of the community's wishes in the community's ability to get things done,” Claire Huxtable, a member of the UEL’s Advisory Design Panel, said.

The area around UBC is the biggest population centre in Canada without a local government.
So when basic things like a dispensary next to campus have to be decided on, things get weird.

I’m delighted that my kids were able to get their second COVID vaccine dose today. We all still need to use as many layers of protection against this virus (esp for the sake of our health workers/system), but this step feels awesome!
I am proud to have been part of the development of this ambitious and forward thinking strategy. Now the hard work begins as we start to implement it.
Transport 2050 — the region’s new 30-year transportation strategy — has been adopted!

Pls @jjhorgan @KatrineConroy just....please act now. This should be illegal. I saw stumps of 1000 year old trees @SaveFairyCreek flagging tape on 2000 year old yellow cedars. It’s like destroying Pantheon or the Sistine Chapel to make a buck. Enough already. #oldgrowth #bcpoli
