Birmingham Hockey Club 1932 Welcomes One Thousand Trades Group as Club Sponsor Birmingham Hockey Club 1932 is proud to welcome One Thousand Trades Group as a club sponsor, strengthening its deep rooted connection with Birmingham, the City of a Thousand Trades. As the club approaches its 95th anniversary in 2027, the partnership celebrates the shared values of community, diversity and opportunity. Having reached more than 20,000 people face-to-face in the last five years, Birmingham Hockey Club 1932 continues to break down barriers and make hockey accessible to people from all backgrounds and abilities. The sponsorship will support the club’s ambition to reach even more people and sustain its Neuroinclusive Hockey programme, which aims to bring neurodiverse individuals closer to club hockey through inclusive opportunities to participate, build relationships and enjoy sport in a welcoming environment. Jeevan Chagger, Chair of Birmingham Hockey Club said: “Birmingham is a city built on a thousand trades, cultures and communities, and our club reflects that spirit. We have a long-standing commitment and track record in providing everyone to have the opportunity to access sport, in particular hockey, feel welcome and be part of something bigger. Having delivered hockey to reach over 20,000 people in the last five years, we’re determined to build on that impact and sustain our Neuroinclusive Hockey programme. As we approach our 95th anniversary, I’d like to thank Paul Cadman and the entire One Thousand Trades Group team for their support. Partnerships like this strengthen our roots in Birmingham and help us create lasting opportunities through sport.” westmidlands.news/birmingham…
