Update, part 2/3: But just today, I discovered @Rogers won't let me out of my contract without a penalty, even though the @Bell rep assured me they'd take care of all that for me. (They didn't and won't.) So now, I have to go back to @Rogers. "Sorry, not sorry." #RogeredAgain

Update: So here is the reality of #internet & #cell "service" in Canada. After 2 days of the latest @Rogers outage, in desperation I tried to switch to @Bell. Took them 10 days to get me set up. ... #RogeredAgain (1/3)

Now more than 30h without internet, and @Rogers is still busily “detecting” the current massive #outage. Good sleuthing, boys! Have you tried turning your bot off and turning it on again? How many fingers am I holding up? #RogeredAgain

Our internet went out at 1:40 this afternoon. @Rogers “detected” it four hours later. Five hours later, it’s still out. There goes another workday! Thanks, #Rogers! #outage #RogeredAgain
