Why would anyone blame the tiny country of Israel for high prices in America?
You know why.
And it’s not Islamophobia.
FACT: The annual funding Israel receives from the US amounts to less than one-tenth of 1% of the federal budget. Less than 1/10th of 1%.
FACT: That annual funding would cover only a few hours of federal health care spending. A few hours.
Yet politicians who specialize in scapegoating would have you believe that Israel is responsible for America’s affordability crisis.
Like every form of scapegoating before it, it is a dangerous lie.

At the Macklemore concert in Dublin last night were multiple calls to destroy Israel and the display of maps erasing the only Jewish State. Can you imagine if the reverse was done to Palestinians. But hate against Jews is shamefully normalised. And grotesquely seen as good.
Van Jones is ALWAYS the voice of reason.
🚨🔥 CNN PANELISTS JUST TORCHED THE ABDUL EL-SAYED AD — AND IT MAY BE HELPING MIKE ROGERS!
Cenk Uygur helped produce an ad for Abdul El-Sayed, but the CNN panel’s reaction was brutal!
🎯 Michael Smerconish questioned whether the ad sounded like a Mike Rogers commercial.
🎯 Van Jones warned that blaming grocery costs on U.S. aid to Israel risks reviving a dangerous history of blaming Jewish people for society’s problems.
🎯 Scott Jennings called it “economic incoherence wrapped up in anti-Semitism.”
🎯 Joanna Coles also criticized the ad, agreeing with Jennings that it was a poor political message.
🔥 THE IRONY? An ad intended to advance El-Sayed’s campaign could instead give his opponents an opportunity to challenge his message and judgment.
Voters deserve an honest debate about inflation, foreign aid, and America’s priorities. But blaming a particular country for everyday economic struggles—especially Israel, given the long history of antisemitic scapegoating—can backfire badly.
THANK YOU, CENK UYGUR, FOR GIVING MIKE ROGERS MORE AMMUNITION! 😂

My values, my identity and my community are far more important to me than any individual election result. Regardless, it’s widely understood that I lost in my particular district for the same reasons this ad is repugnant, blatantly false, and incites even more violence against Jews.
And sadly, you consistently add fuel to this slanderous and anti-Jewish fire.

Exactly this from Micah Goodman ⬇️
"Do Israelis really not care what the world thinks about them? No. They care a lot. But what concerns them even more is what their enemies think. Israel’s problem is that it must cultivate two reputations, one for the West and one for the Middle East. These two reputations clash. Israelis want the Western world to love them, but their enemies in the Middle East to fear them."

Hamas admitted that fighter Ahmed Al-Arabi was killed at Al-Karama School on May 7, 2025. He is the 120th confirmed Hamas & PIJ fighter killed at a Gaza school confirming their systematic use as military bases. Every report that the IDF targeted civilians at schools was false.

Today, Israelis head to the polls to vote.
Jewish citizens. Muslim citizens. Druze. Christians. Bedouins. Circassians.
All at the same polling stations.
36 parties. 120 Knesset seats.
Name another country in the Middle East that does this.
I'm old enough to remember when The White House tweeted uplifting messages of hope for the entire country.
