ALT On January 26, 2004 I wrote the enclosed letter to Tammy Wikoff I did not hear back from her not even an ack. The data I wrote up was horrible and alarming but the problem is that it was and it is true. I knew no one wanted to hear and confront this cycle but it had to be confronted.
