A client I helped 3x their revenue just replaced their site with an AI-generated one
I don't get it either
Everyone's impressed by AI sites built in 2 min
Same energy as people impressed by WordPress themes in 2010
The tool changed
The problem didn't
Wild how fast a product designer's job has changed
15 years to go from Photoshop to Figma, and the bar was learning to build a design system
Now you're expected to vibe code and handle 10x more than just mockups, in a few months

Procrastination isn't a discipline problem. It's fear wearing a disguise. 😬
Fear of getting it wrong. Fear of being judged. Fear of finding out you're not as good as you hoped.
The fix isn't waiting for the fear to leave. It's moving anyway. 💪
I’ve seen apps make millions with mediocre design.
Design gets users in.
Retention brings them back.

packaging gets the first sale
Taste gets the second.
The purchase journey for WeWard is one of the pieces we reworked to improve both UX and branding.
It's actually the whole point of the app: you rack up Wards by walking, then cash them in on rewards.
So it had to look a lot more fun.
What do you think?

A client called in panic. Her intern's app design was a disaster: no UX rules, wrong format, unusable.
One week to rebuild it.
Mon-Tue: research + prototype
Wed-Thu: production design
Fri: polish
Shipped a V1 she loved.
