Hi Community!
Today is my last day at Avanade. ☹️
Next Monday, I start at @Microsoft, swapping my orange badge for a blue one.
I've had an incredible time working with THE MOST amazing people at @Avanade & @Altius,

Melanie Perkins was rejected by over 100 VCs.
Now, she's a tech billionaire, and her $26B startup, Canva, is ready to take on Microsoft and Google.
Here are 5 motivational quotes from Melanie for any aspiring or current entrepreneur:
1) "Solve customer problems and make sure that the customer is representative of a large market and then you will have a pretty good formula."
2) "Anyone can have a solution but if no one cares about it, unfortunately, you are not going to have a very big company."
3) “The rejection is often not because of the reasons you think they are rejecting you.”
4) "Plant lots and lots of seeds and hopefully one will grow!"
5) “If you are determined and want it, you can just go for it.”
***
That's a wrap. Hope you enjoyed these inspirational quotes from Melanie. If you did:

For 4 years I have avoided #PowerApps Portals because I could never get data on the screen, I wasted hours and hours and could never get them to work...
Today I have #PowerAppsPages, I made a page, got the data on the screen in under 5 mins...
I'm a happy boy.
