Very excited to release this episode of the Max Out Mindset podcast with Coach Jenny Gragert, head coach, Elkhorn North volleyball. Nuggets galore from this wonderful human being & coach. One of my favorite roles in volleyball is the serving specialist. One of their senior leaders who has started at libero many times over the years is not starting in that role at this time. But @Sydbreis4 had a multipoint service run there in the 4th set to create separation & it is one of the biggest reasons that Creighton won this match. I always say that one or more of you will be asked to impact winning often when you least expect it. Can you be ready for your moment, and when your moment comes, can you deliver? It was a great team win but it is a great reminder that everybody is needed within the team structure to win a championship! @JessKnecht @scottpapek

Skyler Pierce comes in for Murray and records 3 kills on 4 attacks for the Huskers. (The one she got dug on was an overpass attack.)
The Huskers lead 11-8 in the second set. NU is hitting .474 this set.
Much better offense from SMU with 4 kills already to match its first set.

Such a high-level competitive game & great team win! Jordy gave up a 2 run homer early but proceeded to shut them down with over 130 pitches. Being "good enough" rather than perfect allows for grace while still playing at a championship level. "If I try to be perfect, I'm putting myself in handcuffs." @JessKnecht @scottpapek @jordybahl
