1/3 of all mental health 'treatments' in England involve no human interaction at all. Patients are rather offered apps, web-based interventions & self-guided CBT online courses, instead of face-to-face talking therapy.... As if more bots are what we need.

@LeilaSharda will be talking about her research around care received by people with “complex” mental health needs within acute general hospital wards.
