Muchas personas preguntan por qué los médicos nunca recomendamos “terapias naturales” y parece que solo sabemos recomendar medicamentos. Y pues, solo un recordatorio: cuando recomendamos comer saludable, hacer ejercicio, dormir, etc... estamos recomendando terapias naturales, solo que esas no las quieren hacer.
