Critique time again, today squats.
Ready for @TannerWHaase to rip it to pieces 😉
@CoachFHM @schnozking1 @EDayWorkoutMan how’s the form looking?
Personally feeling good about how the reps feel.
This is 175 for 5 for 4 sets (final set here)
Critique needed people.
Slowing increasing the weight after injury.
Today was 4x5 at 92.5kg
@EDayWorkoutMan @CoachFHM
Oh football, how I’ve missed you.
@B_Fernandes8 is different sauce
What a performance! 😌
Your workout split and training plans should be made up of the shit you would do at home:
With nobody watching
No cameras or phones
No fancy/expensive machines
With the intensity and focus to execute the plan
Strength training is awesome.
Hypertrophy training is awesome.
Running is awesome.
Flipping tyres is awesome.
Teaching my partner to deadlift in my home gym and seeing her crack good form is a proud moment

What more could you ask for 😎😂
German Volume Squats are a fine balance of fun and fucked up

The empowering feeling when you know the injury has passed and your strength is coming back.
The lower back was unleashed on deadlifts this morning.
Having to tell myself “stick to the plan, do not throw more weight on because you’re feeling strong” 😂
Back to barbell squats finally after injuries to my Achilles, Knee, Hamstring and lower back.
Feeling good about my form starting out again
Starting a new training cycle really kicks things into gear.
Very quickly highlights drop offs in training intensity/tempo/consistency
Throw back to a few weeks ago and my last tyre flip session before giving the lawn a much needed break 😂
Absolutely my favourite conditioning exercise.
Injuries are just your bodies way of teaching you how to rehab, properly warm up & stretch a body part.
Taken a step back from big lifts.
No shame in being honest when things aren’t right.
Working on a few physical issues & lowering the weight for the next couple weeks.
Feeing great after just a couple days.
