From an insurance/coverage standpoint, FOLFOX➕NIVO would be a category 1 recommendation. I might use that as a regimen but skip the chemo. I don’t think @NCCN draws a distinction for MSI-High in 1st line. But it probably should. @JAMAOnc @JoeChaoMD jamanetwork.com/journals/jam… – at Manhattan, NY
