The only goals worth having in life can all be three-syllable chants.
1. Peace and Love!
2. Tons of Cash!
3. Columbo!
4. Throw that Pie!
5. Trek to Shrek!
Today we're happy to unveil our new Patreon goal: Trek to Shrek!
If we hit $17,000 on Patreon, we'll fly @Gameonysus out to Minnesota, film a travelogue showing off the state, and finally play Shrek 2 co-op on the Nintendo GameCube! Help us hit our goal! patreon.com/posts/68517945
However, this also means I am stepping down from my role as a contributor at @MinnMaxShow. It was a short-but-sweet run; I want to thank the cohorts, contributors, and community for making these last few months so much fun. (2/3)
MinnMax is such a refreshing, energizing space to talk about games. With their unique expertise and irreverence, @yozetty and the crew have created something special over there. Support them on Patreon and be a champion for independent games media! (3/3)

Over the last few days, I have watched:
-5 Spider-Man movies
-Some Mob Psycho 100
-A bunch of The Office
-All of Fleabag
Considering adding The Boys to the list now.
I was hesitant to post anything about being sick, but I want say: I was vaxxed/boosted and still wearing a mask everywhere.
It’s sad that getting COVID was more “when” than “if,” but I’m thankful that my case is relatively mild. Not being able to taste ice cream sucks, though.
I am on day five of COVID isolation, and I just remembered that Super Baseball Simulator 1.000 is on Switch Online, so this is basically me now:
Addendum: I’ve rewatched the other Raimi ones now. Spider-Man 2 holds up so much better … still a great movie.
I suppose Spider-Man 3 technically holds up also, because it remains the same quality that it ever was. Really wish they had just focused on Sandman.
Today I overheard two Post Office employees kindly explaining to an older lady that the money order she was trying to buy was a scam and that she should just “not send them a cent, and use the money to buy a Subway sandwich for lunch instead.”
Strangely heartwarming.
My only note so far on TMNT: When a challenge says “Don’t get hurt more than 3 times by obstacles,” that should mean three times is okay, and you fail on the fourth.
I’m going to be on this stream later! If Capcom announces Dragon’s Dogma 2 at the same time, though, we may need to cut away “breaking news” style.
Yes, we're streaming our reactions to the Final Fantasy VII Anniversary stream at 5pm Central. Fingers crossed for some big reveals! youtu.be/zHoXlpcS4MM
