This is a case that should’ve been solved by the previous administration. 5 years later, justice is finally being delivered.

I was proud to go on @TuckerCarlson . He was a gracious host and he let me give a voice to victims of weaponization. I don’t see people criticizing @AGToddBlanche who is actually holding American citizens hostage, including many Jewish people. Tucker expresses opinions which harm nobody. Blanche and his prosecutors are actually destroying people and their families and can end the suffering with the stroke of a pen but refuse.
I want to see the people criticizing Tucker (or me for going on Tucker’s show) say something about the ongoing weaponization and the lawyers at DOJ who are responsible.

Hats off to @A1Policy and its wonderful attorneys Nick Wanic and Andrew Zimmitti for their excellent amicus brief in support of @DrJohnEastman asking SCOTUS to accept his appeal from the CA SCt order disbarring him. That whole proceeding in CA is a travesty and must be reversed.
The 17 amici (including myself) are lawyers for @realDonaldTrump whose bar licenses were threatened by leftwing groups who stated that their intent was to get lawyers NOT to represent @realDonaldTrump
SCOTUS should put a stop to this abuse of the bar disciplinary process being used as a partisan political weapon. This is a well funded, leftwing coordinated conspiracy and SCOTUS needs to address it. Thank you, @A1Policy for writing the brief.

12:40 PM: A pipe bomb is reported near the RNC, just 2,000 feet from the West Front of the Capitol. Capitol Police resources immediately split and scramble.
12:53 PM: The first barricade falls. With police diverted, the outer perimeter is left exposed.
1:00 PM: The gavel drops to begin the certification.
1:05 PM: A plainclothes counter-surveillance officer discovers a second device at the DNC.
1:07 PM: Radio comms erupt—more scarce law enforcement assets ordered to abandon positions and redeploy to the DNC.
No National Guard backup. A dangerously stretched police force. Devices placed and reported at exact intervals right as the Capitol was breached.
These weren't random events—they were perfectly timed diversionary devices designed to drain security right when the perimeter needed it most.

Think judges are held to a higher standard? In Colorado, top judges got caught in a multi-million-dollar fraud—and then weaponized the system to protect themselves.
Despite 73% of voters passing Amendment H to force judicial transparency, the court system is pushing fake, pro forma rules to keep the cover-up alive.
Here is how Colorado judges broke the law and shielded their own corruption:
💸 1. The $2.7M Taxpayer "Bribe"
When a top official got caught altering court financial records, Colorado Supreme Court Justices didn't fire her. Instead, they negotiated a 2.66–2.75 million taxpayer-funded contract preconditioned on a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to buy her silence.
🙈 2. Stacking the Oversight Boards
When exposed, the Justices refused to step down or recuse themselves. Instead, they used their power to stack attorney and judicial oversight boards with allies—creating a corrupt loop where they investigate and clear themselves.
⚖️ 3. Retaliation & Evidence Suppression
Judges ignored credible misconduct complaints, suppressed evidence, and used public relations strategies and gag orders to retaliate against whistleblowers and witnesses.
📜 4. Defying 73% of Colorado Voters
Amendment H stripped the Supreme Court of its power over judicial discipline. But the current committee is defying that constitutional mandate by offering toothless rules designed to protect bad judges.

Here is how the named Justices are individually tied to the scandal:
⚖️ Former Chief Justice Nathan B. Coats: The alleged central operator. Coats personally met with extortionists, approved the initial $2.75M sole-source contract for disgraced Chief of Staff Mindy Masias to buy her silence, and knowingly lied/omitted facts in official letters to the State Auditor.
⚖️ Justice Melissa Hart: Directly aware of the hush-money contract and NDA as early as April 2019 via emails with Coats. Crucially, her husband—Assistant U.S. Attorney Kevin Traskos—headed the local DOJ Civil Division and failed to disqualify himself, creating a massive conflict of interest while federal investigations stalled.
⚖️ Justices Richard Gabriel, William Hood III, Monica Márquez, & Carlos Samour: Fully briefed by Chief Justice Coats on the secret Masias Contract, NDA, and "Masias Memo." Instead of reporting the corruption, they collectively approved cancelling the contract only after it leaked, then joined public statements in 2021 to cover up their 1.5-year suppression of evidence from auditors.
⚖️ Justice Maria Berkenkotter: Joined the Supreme Court amidst the fallout and actively collaborated in the official damage-control campaign, helping suppress the whistleblowers and cover up the underlying felony-level audit obstruction (18 U.S.C. §§ 1503, 1001, 1516).
When the state’s highest bench uses taxpayer funds and hush money to protect their own, the entire justice system fails.

Once there is accountability, then the pieces will begin to fall.
Identifying this problem is one thing (and a good thing), but doing something about it is a whole other story.
What do you see as the next steps?
1. Do we have a citizen’s test to determine loyalty to our nation? A pledge of allegiance?
2. Do we shut down the red-green alliance?
3. Do we keep pretending like our two party system is viable?
4. Do we pretend like the WDC establishment really cares about the American people?
5. Should we keep looking away from an election system that is broken (clearly the majority of Americans don’t trust it).
I know voting matters and I’ll continue to push for people to vote (I’m doing that now in multiple states across the nation), but let’s be honest, we are now voting for the lesser of two evils.

What did Dan Bongino, Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, and Jeanine Pirro know about Brian Cole Jr.’s case before the FBI named him as the January 6 pipe-bomb suspect?
The FBI previously investigated Cole and dismissed the case. Five years later, he is now accused in one of the most consequential unanswered cases from January 6.
Why did the investigation take so long? Is Cole being used as a patsy to bury a larger truth?
Questions also remain about the response that day: How did Capitol Police locate the devices so quickly, and why did their search stop after the second bomb was found?
FBI whistleblower @KyleSeraphin and journalist @SteveBakerUSA examine whether this was an inside government operation and whether Cole is being framed to conceal a bigger crime.
