The @gcieducation newsletter is a great, free resource. My friend @cmunroOz has all the information here. Truly, though, if you're a coach, you'll love this free resource.

There is a kind of ‘magic’ that happens when good coaching takes place.Insights and clear next step actions can seem to emerge from nowhere. Usually it’s the end result of a high trust relationship and a skilfully facilitated conversation.
Watching @jimknight99 be coached by @ChristianvN - with so many skillfully-crafted, open ended questions - is an inspiring and almost magical experience. It’s clear that Jim’s experience was cathartic, and that the opportunity to reflect forward was grounding & helpful. #TLC2023

Much informal -'on-the-run' coaching and mentoring can happen here. We have lost a lot of opportunities for that these last couple of years #educoach #aussieEd
I think the empty staffroom is an issue in many workplaces now.
It is hard to quantify just how much value informal personal connections add to individual (and organisational) success and wellbeing.
My current staffroom research has brought this @tes article from @HughesHaili back into my life. Does it resonate with you? tes.com/magazine/archive/dea…
Ah yes...experienced some of this in-person connection with 'not-seen-for-a-long-time', good friends recently. Zoom, for all its benefits, can never replace this kind of getting together.
