Wind op first time gets all the attention on a jumps racecard.
Over the last three seasons, the second run after the op has been the better one. This month, most first timers are back from a summer off.
The 12 yards that use it most are on page 4. 30 days free at race.watch
Oisin Murphy just won the 6.00 there at Wolverhampton and I’m not joking when I say he’d have won on any one of the four that finished behind him as well
If i was a punter and was thinking of going to the Laurels final next Saturday evening, and happened to see returned prices of 4/11 and 5/4 the first two in the betting in a semi final of a classic, i think i'd be inclined to give it a swerve. It's a pity that these prices are publicly displayed because they bear no resemblance to reality. Powers that be shooting themselves in the foot by actually putting them on their website
Plenty Of activity in the betting ring on a night of close finishes and dead heats @CorkDogs
A night where a tardy start ultimately proved beneficial to Laurels ante post favourite
BALLYMAC SETANTA freely 2/1 last night.

Like the look of this and even though some of the facts and figures are as you would have guessed , plenty of the content is both slightly surprising and extremely interesting .

The Laurels is shaping up to be a really good competition and I’m eagerly looking forward to operating in what is a very strong betting ring. Top class greyhound racing is marvellously exciting and i can’t wait for it to get started.

Win lose or draw Godspeed Girl shouldn’t be allowed run in the 4.10 Doncaster. Her antics pre race have to have harmed her chances to such a degree that a good run is extremely unlikely
