Donnie Iris last performance. Still decked out in Black & Gold. RIP to a Pittsburgh original. A one of one dude. A rock n roll star. With no ego. Who was salt of the Earth. We lost an all-timer.

Playing all 18 holes of the @21golfclub for the first time. Here is an idea of how cool the green contours are on the MACKENZIE course.

Joel is awesome.
He’s gone out of his way to help @HannaGolfCo the last two years.
Still pretty surreal we have a putter on the PGA Tour. Started this thing out of my garage a couple years ago. No marketing, no money to pay people to play our putters. Nothing but a little grit.
To the moon.
Credit to @FOS for the video.

Aaron Rodgers sat at that podium in Paris and said out loud what the corporate league office spends millions trying to sanitize.
The NFL talks endlessly about “player safety” and “expanding the global game.” But behind closed doors, owners scrapped player-friendly bye weeks, forced a brutal 17th regular-season game, and shipped franchises across oceans simply because there was another dollar to squeeze out of foreign TV markets.
While families and players navigate locked-down streets, civil tension, and grueling travel schedules, ownership sits in five-star suites counting international expansion checks.
Rodgers doesn't care about league fines anymore. He’s telling you the truth: in the modern NFL, the brand and the balance sheet come first. The humans on the field come second.

Piping Rock Club, 1912 CB Macdonald/Seth Raynor, Locust Valley, NY
Located on the North Shore of western Long Island, Piping Rock sits on a 340 acre massive piece of land in Nassau County. Macdonald was brought in to design his second course after NGLA to what was originally more of an equestrian/sporting club.
PRC is a tale of two separate nine in terms of the land movement. The gently rolling terrain front nine is routed around the massive driving range starting on the left side of it and working around to the right. The two par 3’s on that outgoing nine are spectacular renditions of the Redan (second pic), and his first ever Biarritz (third pic). The back nine then takes you into much more up and down tree lined hills and hollows. CB routed the course in a way that uses every ridge, hill, and hollow of the property. It is true genius.
What makes Piping Rock so good are its par 4’s. There is so much variety to them- long and short, up and down, left to right, and right to left. Plenty of strategy of the tee. None more so than what might now be my all time fav golf hole, the downhill short par 4 #13 Knoll hole (first pic). Hit whatever you like off the tee. If you challenge it with a driver you leave yourself a tricky short pitch up to the green that feels like trying to land a ball on a table top. It is spectacular.
The turf and conditions at PRC are some of the best I’ve ever played on in the US. Firm and fast are an understatement. The greens literally roll like a pool table. The colorful blue stem fescue areas add to the aesthetics.
This was my first time to Piping Rock. I had heard quite a bit about it through the years. To say I was awe struck is an understatement. PRC is truly a special place. The expanse of the property is just magnificent and you just feel like you are out in the middle of nowhere in an area that is so tightly congested. CB and Seth hit it out of the park with this architectural masterpiece and I can’t wait to get back to play again.

Some views of Pinehurst Resort from 100 years ago (1926) and its sand greens.
• The first photo really shows off the stark contrast of grass and sand.
• The second photo is Pinehurst #3
• I love the third photo of Glenna Collett going from sand bunker to sand green!

Founded in 1916 in Lake Bluff, Illinois, Shoreacres features a Seth Raynor course that opened in 1921. Deep ravines cut through otherwise gentle terrain, giving the routing its distinctive character. Above Lake Michigan, the clubhouse completes one of Chicago’s most memorable golf settings.

Watched a flick on Netflix from 2021, don't even remember it being out. I really love a good western, the scenery alone makes them grand. A good action packed suspense that is easy to watch and not over the top.
