The Real Story of @theunipcs 🧵 Most people know him as “Bonk Guy” But @theunipcs is one of the most interesting anonymous traders to emerge from crypto twitter His story isn't about one lucky meme coin. It's about repeatedly finding asymmetric opportunities before the crowd.

Court? In all honesty, what exactly is the legal case here? Everyone has a constitutional right to express opinions and post on their personal social media accounts. If you were to take these influencers to court what exactly would you charge them with? What are the specific counts? Conspiracy? on what evidence? simply because several people promoted the same token or expressed similar opinions? that alone doesn't establish conspiracy. If an influencer promotes a token and you buy it without conducting proper research and the token subsequently crashes you cannot automatically turn your investment loss into a criminal case. There is a difference between being a dishonest influencer, being a reckless promoter and actually committing a legally actionable offence. The law is not an insurance policy against bad investment decisions. That said, freedom of expression is not a licence to commit fraud, deceive investors or conceal material conflicts of interest where disclosure is legally required. So what's the practical solution? 1. Expose questionable activities publicly but use verifiable evidence 2. Publish wallet addresses, transaction histories, token allocations and suspicious movements 3. Document promotional posts alongside onchain activity 4. Highlight undisclosed insider allocations and potential conflicts of interest 5. Distinguish proven facts from allegations and speculation 6. Let the public examine the evidence and decide who deserves their attention, trust and money And ultimately those who still choose to follow these influencers after seeing credible evidence should be left to make their own decisions. You cannot force people to think critically and you cannot legislate away poor judgement. educate the trenches expose the evidence stop worshipping influencers this has ringed bell severally but people blindly follow these criminals because of minimal gains, they chase trends and forget about background In my opinion the objective should be accountability through transparency not searching for criminal charges simply because people lost money.
hey @zachxbt i know you’re tired of the crypto industry and all the solana scammers but give this one a chance. i know a lot more than i’ve said publicly and i can bring you the evidence not just about ansem, gigi, jakey and their luckio deals, but also another casino that’s popular right now that i have serious information about and you know as well as i do that going after these people for promoting pump and dumps and dumping on their followers is gonna be extremely difficult to prove in court but what about pulling an al capone on them? follow the money, investigate the taxes, the casino payments, the referral deals and where all that money actually went and came from if there’s tax evasion or money laundering involved, that’s where we can actually build a case we have people ready to put everything into this we just need someone like you who’s got the credibility and experience to help take this further (i cant, else I would) i don’t want another week of drama. i want real investigations and real consequences this time

Pump boy >Be like Ansem pretend to fight pumpfun for communities airdrop >Launch a coin indirectly pretending not to be involved in the earlier stage >Hold huge amount of total supply while pretending to save the trenches >Unknown to many cohorts were formed and side wallets were used to purchase early and dunk on the community >Use freewill distribution of token to attract the community and cover tracks while the community pushes their bags where they sell millions privately >Appeared like an angel while been a devilish actor facilitating several rugs behind the scene Lesson: no matter how well you cover an odour it still finds it's way out
pump has added ~11 chains past two weeks, & now giving out cash to people adding theses to higher market cap coins & trading perps + crosschain tokens lot of the pushback on the rewards was towards ppl spamming callouts on low mc tokens and taking advantage of volume spikes, this is completely orthogonal to that activity

I can't believe Elon musk named that company SpaceX because he needed Space from his wife to take care of his son "X"
i can’t believe bill gates named that company after his penis

And maybe Mark Zuckerberg named Facebook because he couldn't face his book 📚 Continue the trend 👇

Honestly I would blame this fully on binance security team why will a developer be allowed to use a laptop used in binance for other gigs? Secondly after use of these laptops isn't there a locked access/surveillance system to monitor these Devs while they work @cz_binance

Hi @francisfahvie you do not need to respond further to his baseless claims he should simply get a $100 programmer that works with AI These are basically cancers killing professions they underpay and expect quality Just imagine a doctor using AI to perform surgeries in the lab
One of the instincts you learn working in Hr for years is identifying problematic people. But then, I am also a teacher so I will teach you again as I did in the conversation we had. You are a UX designer with portfolios online, doing this isnt helping your career and we all know why. Theres clearly an / in this message meaning “or” not “and” But keep up with your agenda Favour. At @CustorisHQ we are building something different and novel. If you are in UK or planning on coming to The UK next year, please follow us for updates. If you are an undergraduate in Nigeria, Indian or Kenya and need volunteer or placement opportunities (stipend covering your data usuage and set up will be paid, we pay for all subscriptions needed) please send us an email and our HR will reach out to you. Thank you.

Subject: Proposal for an On-Chain Investigation Bureau & Police Academy Dear CZ (@cz_binance), I believe the time has come for Binance (or a coalition of major industry players under your leadership) to establish a dedicated On-Chain Investigation Bureau and Police Academy.

There is no hacks, network or bad otc deals without errors/lapses platforms including exchanges have their own lapses and these were used against them resolving to an hack Now imagine if these bad actors lapses are discovered by a team and used to detect/eradicate them

I believe if no one takes charges and this repeatedly goes on with no accountability I believe eventually @binance and most exchanges will run out of business Shalom.
