@sprintcare worst was at store in framingham, ma. (85 Worcester St.) knew nothing, we're condescending and offered no help at all.
@sprintcare I was told my phone was not compatible. to return it to google. that sprint never uses sim cards & sim cards can't be ordered.
@sprintcare however. you should be embarrassed by the amount of incorrect info I was given. Most employees knew nothing about my phone.
@sprintcare Anton A - a sprint worldwide echat specialist was able to help me. i expect my card tomorrow.
