Thank YOU Jonny! As we say, we don’t take any credit for you turning your life around. Just as we don’t take the blame for anyone who doesn’t manage to ‘get’ recovery. We just do what we do. Some are willing. Some aren’t quite there…yet.
Travelled back to yorkshire this weekend, played some tunes to a crowd including my mum and brother. Never have they seen me on a stage sober not making a fool of myself, until now. Not only can I sleep at night, so can they❤️ @HomesVitality thank you x

Every Friday at 8am. It’s cold water dip time. Why? Because we’re big kids who like to end the week with a wake up call. There’s probably lots of scientific evidence as to why this is good for you. We’ll just accept the fact that it makes us feel better!
