Fascinating article on @Wix and how AI has changed the industry.

Now there's a gap between Demo and Production grade apps.
"Prototypes and validation. Base44, Lovable, Bolt, and v0 turn an idea into something clickable in an afternoon. For testing a concept with real users before committing budget, nothing beats the speed. "
Production is a different job. The gap between a working demo and a system handling payments, personal data, and traffic is where these tools consistently break.
Lovable shipped CVE-2025-48757, a row level security misconfiguration exposing 170+ apps and 303 endpoints containing emails, home addresses, payment status, and personal debt figures. Its first fix checked whether a security policy existed rather than whether the policy blocked anything. Escape.tech's audit of vibe coded apps counted 2,038 critical vulnerabilities, more than 400 leaked secrets, and 175 instances of exposed personal data including bank details. Our post on taking vibe coding from prototype to production covers the handover in detail.

Normally I hate salesforce, but Claude really changes things. You can connect claude and then instead of searching for fields have it automatically update fields.
I created a new opp, updated it and connected to Fathom. support.claude.com/en/articl…

Google scaled the monorepo. Meta did too. Anthropic just pushed it further for AI - but is the next answer really a bigger repo?
But AI changes the bottleneck. Code is becoming abundant. Verification, ownership, and coordination are the hard parts now.
A repo tells you what code changed. A graph tells humans and agents what that change means — who owns it, what it affects, and what needs to be verified.
So anyone can make a change without understanding the entire system — or being afraid of what they might break.
That’s why the next abstraction isn’t a bigger repo. It’s product units connected on a graph.

Wow. Fully Red Pilled with Claude Code today.
I'm not a dev but a builder / entrepreneur - I use Claude Code via the terminal to access the web and have work actually run.
Also tried claude artifacts instead of google docs.
Lmk if you have more hacks! I'm searching for more skills and other needs.
A component can look perfect in its visual preview and still be a terrible component for an AI agent to use.
The missing pieces are usually not the pixels:
- its API reference
- its real dependencies
- a documented usage example
- the tests that show what should not break
That is why @bitdotcloud treats a component as something you can develop, test, document, version, and release independently, not just a folder of source code.
Our AI integration can generate the boilerplate, tests, and documentation around the component. The screenshot is the easy part. The contract is what makes the component reusable.
Small Claude hack: "find interesting skills or preferences I can adopt to make me more efficient using claude" then based on all your usage it will suggest changes.

You can do that too with @bitdotcloud

Understanding @bitdotcloud packages.
And how we build design systems.
You don't need VC for to actually start a business.
You can literally build it here; bit.cloud
the core problem is that AI agents don't reuse, they regenerate. so even if your team has a design system, the agent ignores it and creates a new button, a new form, a slightly different modal. six months later you have five versions of the same component spread across repos and no one knows which one is canonical.
@bitdotcloud gives agents a governed library to build from. versioned components with their own docs and APIs, so when Cursor or Claude Code needs a button, it pulls the approved one instead of inventing another. a Fortune 100 company ended up with over 2,500 components and 7,000+ reuses on Bit, which is what the alternative to drift actually looks like at scale.
