1: Seth Harp documents the culture and cases surrounding Fort Bragg and Special Forces teams that led to Bragg becoming a hub for drugs, violence, and criminality. There is no conclusion or org chart of criminals to be found, just a rats nest of threads to pull on and dive…

Lamar Jackson has 8 documented injuries since 2021. All 8 of those injuries have occurred behind the line of scrimmage and either in the pocket or while attempting to escape pressure within the pocket. These dang running QBs are just so dang injury prone.
Lamar is arguably the greatest running QB ever and a two-time MVP. He’s also a great example of why teams get nervous about running QBs and injuries. He’s always hurt.

Pay him. Get rid of Marlon and Andrews and spend fucking money on an OL. Eric DeCosta has committed malpractice over the last few years and Bisciotti needs to kick him to the curb.
The Ravens could explore trading Lamar Jackson this offseason if the two sides fail to reach a contract extension, per @RapSheet. Jackson carries an $84.34M cap hit in 2027 and holds both no-trade and no-tag clauses, meaning he would have to approve any trade. Although, the Ravens remains optimistic about reaching a new deal to keep the 2x MVP in Baltimore for years to come.

Reading East of Eden and finding myself tearing up every hundred pages or so because the prose is so beautiful and human.

A national D+14 generic ballot visualized. This would be insane.

She has to have had a mental break. That is one of the weirdest interviews I’ve ever seen.
here's the entirety of the seeming mental breakdown Haley Stevens just had on CNN. One of the most bizarre and incoherent political interviews I can recall. Note how she's completely unable to explain why she changed her mind from supporting Abdul El-Sayed last night to endorsing Mike Rogers today.

Spent the last few hours playing Inscryption, thought I beat it, and then the entire game changed. Blew my mind, and I am so intrigued.

i have actually become less forgiving of terrible prose in genre fiction as i get older, probably because of the "let people enjoy things"-ification of culture, but even with this bias acknowledged, this kind of post-cline/weir internet-addled fantasy/sf book is uniquely painful
So I bit the bullet and started reading Dungeon Crawler Carl to see what the hype’s about and have any of you read a book before because this might be the worst thing I’ve ever read.

Is AI making life better? NO. Is it making things cheaper? Quite the opposite. Is it improving the internet? It’s drowning it in slop. Is it giving us more time to be creative? It’s stealing that too. Surely it’s making us smarter, though? Ohhhh, you won’t believe this…

I want to thank Haley Stevens for so succinctly destroying every centrist talking point that's been rammed down our throats for the last 6 months.

It's a massive indictment on your offensive line when three QBs get injured in a single game.

NEW — CBS News reports former President Barack Obama endorsed Democratic Senate nominee Charles Booker in Kentucky, two days before Election Day. Booker is running against Republican Rep. Andy Barr to succeed retiring Sen. Mitch McConnell.

You did this, dumbass.
This is a despicable betrayal from Rep. Stevens. Senate Democrats are united in our support for Abdul El-Sayed, because we know he will fight for the economic interests of working families in Michigan, unlike Mike Rogers, who is a tool of Donald Trump and billionaire donors.
