Is my @taylorswift13 book cover design too abstruse to print on a t-shirt for the #ErasTour or JUST ENOUGH. #machiavellianbecauseicare
I've tried to contact @vinted individually through email, private message on twitter and instagram to solve an issue but no response over months. Absolutely shocking customer service. No phone number to call. How has anyone else contacted them to solve a problem?

Really chuffed that my first peer-reviewed article is out in print & on ProQuest 🥰
Many thanks to @kovesi1 for all the editorial magic ✨
Let me know what you think!

There's something pretty hilarious about reading the eBook of Elina Gertsman's 'The Absent Image' and encountering this:
Last week I was without my ADHD meds (my fault): work tasks, even ones I enjoyed, took me FOREVER and were EXHAUSTING.
I'm back on them now and OH MY! I'm focused, efficient, more alert, less guilty. It's really emphasised how life-changing external support can be. #phdlife

Today, at St. Agatha's Tower in Malta, I happened to see a missal where the front cover was illustrated with a panel from Dieric Bouts's 'Altarpiece of the Holy Sacrament'. I can't escape my Ph.D topic!

Excited to present at @CourtauldRes's "‘God is in the Details’: The Art of Detail in the Middle Ages" on 29th April.
I'll be interrogating Early Netherlandish artists' inclusion of tiny + almost imperceptible details: chips in stonework; cobwebs in corners; rust on shutters...
Today's research: @TheBowesMuseum c.15th St. Jerome. Rather than a desert or a study, the artist sets the scene in Bethlehem where the Saint spent his later life – using continuous narrative, the artist visualises various moments from Jerome's life (e.g. in The Golden Legend)
I've been offered the (somewhat daunting) task of writing object labels for many of The Bowes Museum's paintings. It's my new favourite hobby! Being able to deep dive into one painting but then swiftly moving on is amazing for my curious #ADHD brain! Let's make #inclusivemuseums!
My current placement at @TheBowesMuseum has me surveying their Dutch & Flemish works. This work's currently attributed to #AertvanderNeer but I'm not convinced! Possibly another #HermanSaftleven considering already a couple in their collection? shorturl.at/otxK3

#CompetitionTime This painting by #SebastianPether looks like the perfect setting for a 👻 story.
Do you have a spooky story you would like to share with us? Put it in the comments or tag us @thebowesmuseum in a post about it. Best story wins a Family Pass. DL 31 Oct. #Halloween
Finally we have Maggie Wilson presenting on Layers of Enclosure in the Ebatorf Altar Cloth #WRMGC2021
