$FLOCK — FLock.io
Everyone is watching $TAO, $FET, and $VIRTUAL.
But one smaller AI project is betting on a different future.
What if AI models could be trained without companies handing over their private data?
That's the problem FLock.io is trying to solve.
Its opportunity sits at the intersection of decentralized AI, privacy, and enterprise adoption.
But there's a catch.
A useful AI network doesn't automatically make its native token a good investment.
NO.1 WHAT IS FLOCK.IO?
FLock.io is a decentralized AI training and development platform.
Its architecture combines:
AI Arena — collaborative model training
FL Alliance — privacy-preserving federated learning
AI Marketplace — access to AI models and services
Federated learning allows participants to train models without necessarily pooling their raw datasets.
FLock wants to make AI development more open while keeping sensitive data under its owner's control.
NO.2 WHERE DOES THE DEMAND COME FROM?
Organizations need customized AI models.
But many cannot freely share sensitive financial, commercial, or personal data.
FLock targets developers and organizations seeking privacy-preserving AI infrastructure.
Potential demand comes from model training, evaluation, and inference services.
The opportunity is selling useful AI computation—not simply rewarding people for participating in a network.
NO.3 THE BIG NARRATIVE
FLOCK combines three narratives:
Decentralized AI
Privacy-preserving machine learning
DePIN-style compute coordination
$TAO focuses on incentivized AI subnets.
FLock emphasizes collaborative training and privacy-preserving model development.
Both target decentralized AI, but their architectures and markets differ.
The winner won't necessarily be the network with the most AI models. It will be the one customers actually pay to use.
NO.4 THE REAL COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE
FLock's differentiation is its combination of federated learning and decentralized participant incentives.
Its network can coordinate model contributors, evaluators, and service providers.
That could be useful for organizations unwilling to centralize sensitive datasets.
But competition includes established cloud AI platforms, open-source training frameworks, and other decentralized AI networks.
Privacy is a genuine selling point. It's not yet proof of a defensible commercial moat.

Market Snapshot — October 29, 2026
Price: ~$0.039
Market cap: ~$19.9M
FDV: ~$39.3M
Circulating supply: ~505M FLOCK
Maximum supply: 1B FLOCK
Circulating ratio: ~50.5%
24H trading volume: ~$1.7M
Decline from ATH: ~95.6%
Protocol Financials
Tracked TVL: $0
30-day fees: ~$296
30-day protocol revenue: ~$296
30-day token-holder revenue: $0
Cumulative tracked protocol revenue: ~$1.17M
Total funding: ~$9M
Here's the uncomfortable comparison.
A nearly $20M token valuation against less than $300 in tracked monthly protocol revenue.
The reported revenue excludes any business activity outside the tracked contracts.
But the visible on-chain monetization is extremely limited.
NO.6 THE TOKENOMICS TRAP
Maximum supply: 1 billion FLOCK.
Original allocations:
Community: 47%
Ecosystem: 19.7%
Team and advisors: 17%
Investors: 16.3%
Approximately half the maximum supply is circulating.
Community incentives are distributed over five years, while team and investor allocations follow multiyear vesting.
The network rewards participants with newly released tokens.
That's useful for bootstrapping AI development.
But without sufficient external demand, those rewards can become persistent selling pressure.
NO.7 THE NEXT BIG UNLOCK
The next tracked unlock is October 31, 2026.
Amount: ~16.34M FLOCK
Approximate value: ~$643K
Share of maximum supply: ~1.63%
Investors: ~6.79M FLOCK
Team and advisors: ~7.08M FLOCK
Ecosystem: ~2.46M FLOCK
That's approximately 3.2% of the reported circulating supply.
The original team and investor schedules include a one-year cliff followed by two years of linear vesting.
The next unlock isn't catastrophic. The repeated supply expansion is the bigger concern.
NO.8 THE VALUE CAPTURE QUESTION
FLOCK has genuine network utility.
Training nodes, validators, and delegators stake tokens to participate in AI Arena.
Rewards depend on staking participation and model performance.
The ecosystem also supports model deployment and API-based inference.
But here's the question.
How much external customer spending creates lasting demand for FLOCK?
The protocol currently reports approximately $296 in monthly tracked revenue and no direct token-holder revenue.
And I couldn't verify a recurring buyback mechanism linking commercial AI revenue to token holders.
Paying participants in FLOCK is not the same as customers paying for FLOCK-powered services.
That's the distinction investors need to understand.
NO.9 THE FINAL VERDICT
I'm interested in FLock's technology.
Privacy-preserving AI training solves a real problem, particularly for organizations handling sensitive data.
Its architecture and existing products give it more substance than many speculative AI tokens.
But the token economics remain difficult to justify using visible revenue.
My verdict: Relevant AI infrastructure. Real technical utility. Weak demonstrated monetization and substantial future supply.
I'd become more bullish if FLock demonstrated growing paid AI usage, transparent enterprise revenue, and stronger links between service demand and FLOCK token demand.
A decentralized AI network can train useful models and still produce disappointing returns for token holders.

Would you rather own $FLOCK for privacy-preserving AI training or $TAO for decentralized AI infrastructure?
Which project has the stronger path from real AI demand to token value?
Drop your pick below.
99% of companies use AI like Google:
→ ask a question
→ get the same answer as everyone else
The 1%:
→ train on their own data
→ own the model
→ get their Grok moment
Grok had X's data. You have yours. @flock_io
This is f*king insane. SpaceXAI lead engineer (ex-Cursor):
"99% still use Grok Bot like Google.
I run 20+ cloud agents with a Chief of Staff, a PM, and 15+ workers. They never clock out."
In this 20-minute demo, he shows how one bot becomes a team that keeps working*
Grok Bot → Chief of Staff → PM → Workers → Autonomous Fleet
Anyone can open a chat. Almost nobody builds the handoffs that keep a team moving

AI is running out of real data.
Synthetic data is the backup plan. But most of it has a logic problem.
Labs now train models on data written by other AI. It's cheap, fast and private.
However, there's a massive flaw.
AI writes what sounds likely, not what's correct. It breaks basic rules. It repeats common examples and skips the rare ones.
The next models learn those mistakes.
CircuitSynth, from researchers at the Department of Computer Science @UniofOxford, @flock_io, and the Institute of Logic and Computation, TU Wien, splits the job in two.
First, a small logic system picks the facts for each example. It can't pick combos that break the rules. A "pregnant male patient" is impossible by design.
Then the AI turns those facts into sentences. It can't add facts of its own.
The test was hard logic puzzles. @AIatMeta's Llama 3.1 8B followed all the rules 12.4% of the time. CircuitSynth hit 100%.
It also covered far more rare cases, 52% against 35% for the next best method.
That's the gap between messy data and data you can train on.
The catch is that it struggles when the rules get very complex.
Clean rules in. Clean model out.

There's a new version of this post
Local vs. local decision models. One bay warehouse rule, reworded 11 ways.
“A bay is eligible only if its handling is frozen.”
“Bays without frozen handling are ineligible.”
THIS/THAT 1.2 picked the right bay 93% of the time. Laya: 13%.

LLMs are good at explaining. Most of what runs inside a product needs a decision.
A support ticket comes down to three: which team, refund or not, how urgent.
THIS / THAT makes each one in under 32 ms, locally on your own device. No paragraph to parse.
