It’s fake. But is it false? My fellow queers, this is a video essay about trickery and fraud. About lies. About the closet, not as hiding, but as performing... Pride Month is over. Let's talk about bad gays. The Closeted Mr. Ripley: Queer Identity Theft youtu.be/-ur_fhxCQ_4

Multibillion dollar company: *Creates an (often subpar) experience so financially inaccessible that it closes after less than two years* Its shills: Why would the one big YouTuber that thoroughly documented it ruin the makers' legacy?

I don't know why I'm excited, I've only ever seen approximately one episode of The Simpsons. Just happy for her, I guess

Disney owning The Simpsons feels like controlled opposition. They bought the show that often made fun of them and now they get to control how they get made fun of. They probably hope it gives them street cred, like "wow, I can't believe Disney allowed that" but it feels tryhard

Victor Lazlo saying "Welcome back to the fight. This time I know our side will win" probably one of the most powerful moments in cinema
