It's been a week of ROBLOX completely ignoring my appeals.
The most frustrating part about this whole situation is that you know you're innocent, you have the evidence to back yourself up, and you can clear the air, but nope...
ROBLOX ignores you, makes the violations & appeal page not work, and even when you ask for a human, they give you a AI bot.
Genuinely facing the fact I lost thousands of dollars, as well as an income as I developed on ROBLOX. Don't even know what to do anymore.

Ngl feel like Roblox as a platform and how they manage their community is pretty bad.I for one experienced a child safety ban for appealing a 1 day ban due to vc. How are we supposed to play and get things resolved if our own support team is ai? Are we asking for to much by having real people who care review these reports?I ask myself these questions because without a big following or being a highly valued dev,Roblox seems to care less about us.Maybe I’m tripping and not viewing things correctly,but I can’t be the only person falsely banned.Wish more and more people with followings stick together and us the players truly force Roblox to actually care about us.We never asked for ai to moderate us,We never asked for ai to be brought into the platform.Your ideas are just not helpful for us Roblox.We know you saw the f rating on the business for support.Seems like you only care about the money and when situations get so out of hand that it hits public or media.Thats when you decide to make changes. You give players a 30 day window to appeal and tell us to figure it out and keep us in the dark wondering on what we can do to fix it?Players can’t even appeal after 2 attempts on the appeal forum,some people can’t even appeal in general with no reason,sometimes the reason is others.When you go to the support even then it sends us to the appeal forum that already denied us the ability to get help,seems like a endless loop of no help. Roblox please do better as a platform and do better for us,we put the money in your pockets and make you a global game that breaks record unlike no other. Im not saying this to hate on Roblox,but I’m saying this because I care for the platform even if I’m banned rn.

Since 2016 I collected events, played the last Egg Hunt, & lost items across games I loved, all wiped by an Oct 23 AI ban. 4 years as a UGC creator & scripter, all gone with zero proof. Honestly losing all hope.

Many creators are speaking up about this Roblox AI false ban wave to help those who have been affected. Yet, Roblox decided to respond with what honestly seems like a lie that everyone already knew.
I genuinely believe this ban wave has affected tens of thousands of accounts, if not more. On X alone, I’ve seen hundreds of posts from people asking for help or publicly calling Roblox out. And that’s just the people who are actually speaking up. Imagine how many others have been affected but haven’t said anything, especially younger users who don’t even know where to ask for help or how to get their voices heard. These are accounts that people spent so much real money and time on.
What’s odd is that no matter how many people speak up or call Roblox out, nothing seems to work. People are still banned, appeals are still getting rejected, and Roblox has yet to officially acknowledge the issue or explain what’s going on.
