6 PAX came out into the gloom for a Wall of Jericho themed beatdown at @F3TheFeedlot. Remember that even when you're in it, there is a plan and He is in it with you.
24 HIMs came out into the gloom @f3belltower to walk with Jesus through the Stations of the Cross. The only reason to believe something is because it's true. Was Jesus a Liar, Lunatic, or the Lord? The choice is yours, but you must choose. #trilemma #sarpySwagger
Holy Thursday today, the cross tomorrow. @F3Omaha, come walk with Him through the Stations of the Cross.@f3belltower!
Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. For the joy set before Him He endured the cross - He suffered for you, will you suffer for Him?@JoshSaltz @f3belltower @F3Omaha @F3SarpySwagger

Soft-spoken but not on cruise control, he brings intentional leadership everywhere he goes — prop-filled beatdowns to front-row 3rd F presence. A standard-setter. He carried the flag for @F3TheCathouse.
F3 Legends Card #50 belongs to Uncle Jesse @JoshSaltz

Better late than never, @f3belltower! The chains of habit are too light to be felt until they are too heavy to be broken. IYKYK!
12 Pax came out to @F3Sanitarium for an 'Unbelievable' workout. Be less impressed with the things in your life, and more involved with them!
Thank you for letting me take them helm for the day!

Blessed to have 10 HIM join me @F3TheCathouse for some time in the Gloom. You get back exponentially what you give from the @F3Omaha community, so don't be afraid to learn in! #sarpySwagger
Join YHC @F3TheCathouse for a special beatdown on the anniversary of my son, Lincoln's, brain surgery 4 years ago. #sarpySwagger
20 PAX of @F3Omaha came out to @f3belltower and walked with Jesus through His Passion. Remember that when you hit a dead end that you cannot overcome, is only half the truth. The whole truth is that it's a dead end...and then Jesus! He is always with you. #sarpySwagger
Thank you to the 12 HIM who came out to support me for my birthday Q and first Black Flag 🥊⬇️ at @F3TheCathouse. We toured the valleys and peaks of Bellevue culminating in a climb up a Catamount staple: Bernadette! #EmbraceTheSuck

ALT Miles Krajewski won by 2 sets in Para Badminton during the Men's Singles SH6 Group Play.
It has come to my attention that I failed to post the name-o-rama from my Q at the @F3TheCathouse last week! It was a great morning in the gloom where 14 Pax and YHC learned to enjoy the little things!
18 HIM dared the 2nd Annual Josh Beatdown @f3mainstage.
@jharper03 motivated us in his opening round. YHC followed with a 10 minute grind. @Reznat torched our shoulders, and we closed on the stadium stairs. IYKYK
To top it off @cayle_jones got the @f3NugentFlag from @F3Urkle!
