A statement on yesterdayā¦..
Everything I said in that interview was true. However, rest assured Iām doing my best to turn things round.
I have been in a mental health clinic for the last 10 weeks, finally discharging so I could attempt to play in Belfast
I owed that to my family, in particular my daughter to see me play for what could be the last timeā¦.. I also owed it to the fans who have supported me throughout my 21 years on tour
I also owed that to World Snooker who have been amazing from day on in all this, in particular Simon Brownell and Neil Tomkins who have remained in touch regularly, even Simon paying me a visit in the clinic itself
Iām not ok, but Iām ok in that itself. Iāve been much worse in the last few months than you saw yesterday. I literally didnāt see a future in anythingā¦..
My daughter kept me going, the therapists, staff and all the other patients were amazing and helped me through some really dark days
I see the light now that I couldnāt see before but I do now. I also know it wonāt happen overnight. Iām a work in progress!!! My fight and determination on the table has always been there for ones to see. I need to show those same fighting qualities off it now for a while
Please donāt detract anything from Jordan yesterday, heās been aware of my struggles and that canāt have been easy to play in but he handled it with grace and skill as I knew he would. Im proud to call him a friend
I hope the rest of the event is a success and I will continue my treatments going forward and then see whatās ahead
Thank you to every single message I have received on here, instagram, Facebook, text messages and WhatsAppās, Iāve seen them all but a bit overwhelmed to reply right now. Just know that they have helped me a lot but Iām not going anywhere just yet!!!! I have so much to live for and this is only the beginning of my new journey
Also, I was not made to do any interviews, I was simply given a choice and felt I owed it to everyone to speak. The media team at WST have been incredible through all this too
Thank you all x

NEW MPs will vote tomorrow on the Government's plans to house 1,200 illegal migrants at an army camp near Piddington, Oxfordshire, I can disclose.
The vote has been forced by a motion moved by shadow Women's minister Joy Morrissey through an Opposition Day debate, starting tomorrow at 1pm.
The motion - seen by @GBNEWS - says: "That this House condemns the Governmentās plan to place illegal migrants into MoD Bicester; and calls on the Government to withdraw from the European Convention on Human Rights in order to deport illegal migrants."
MPs will have to vote or abstain on the motion at the end. How will Labour and Liberal Democrat MPs vote? Watch all the drama on @GBNEWS.

Tom Sykes, The Royalist āš»
āBoos are the stuff of royal nightmare. When the tabloids attack him, Harry can (and does) take them to court. When his brother wonāt speak to him, or the Palace sends a chilly letter, he can blame the men in grey suits. The Sussex story depends on the idea that the press and the courtiers are the problem, and that the British people, deep down, are still on his side. To be hated by the ordinary man, pint in hand, on a Friday night at the rugby, is a tough moment.
Just under a year ago, Harry and Meghan were booed at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles when their faces flashed up on the big screen during the World Series. He has now been booed in the stands of his adopted home and booed in the stands of his real one.ā

Genuinely laughed out loud when I read what his actual solution is
I know people are worried about fuel prices. And I get it. You get to the pump, watch the numbers climb, and wonder why it's costing so much more than it used to.
Ā
The reality is that global events are pushing up costs, and families here at home are feeling the impact.
Ā
But I won't accept that there's nothing I can do to help.
Ā
That's why from today, you'll be able to see petrol and diesel prices on Google Maps, compare nearby stations and find the cheapest option before you fill up.
Ā
It's a small change, but if there's a practical way to help people keep more money in their pocket, I'll do it.
