Good evening everyone.
I just got off the horn with my good friend Mitch McConnell. We spoke for about 20 minutes. He was as sharp as ever and, despite the election results, was in excellent spirits.
He asked me to wish a happy 88 week anniversary to those who celebrate

After a lengthy replay review, Don Majkowski's 14-yard TD pass to Sterling Sharpe gives the Packers a 14-13 win over the Bears -- the team's first over Chicago since 1984.

Sterling Sharpe is one of the top five wide receivers in NFL history in my opinion, and nobody was better after the catch. I think more people recognize his greatness now but he’s still underrated.
Happy Birthday, Sterling Sharpe!

This is Mockingbird Hill outside of Milwaukee County Stadium. It provided free seating for veterans from the nearby VA medical center. Some were even fortunate to watch the ‘57 World Series for free. The seats went away in the mid 70s when the stadium walls became too high and blocked the views.

Super Sky Point to Jerry Koosman, who won 17 games with a 2.28 ERA for the 1969 Miracle Mets. Kooz went on to win 222 games over 19 years in the big leagues. He was a better pitcher than some guys in the HOF and if you want his rookie card? You’ll be digging deep in your wallet. #RIP

And the best gag is saved for the finish. With the game tied, Uecker steps up and offers to pinch-hit, only to be instantly and thoroughly blown off by everyone else.
