Yikes that’s not good when visitor numbers are already down.
Slow visa processing in countries whose visa-free privileges have been withdrawn has disrupted travel to Thailand, with many travellers opting for Vietnam instead. Airlines have also reported a large number of no-show passengers and urged the government to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

JUST EXPOSED: Albo told Parliament his $6m grant to the golf club in his own seat was to stop raw sewage flowing into the Cooks River.
Overnight at Senate estimates, his own Infrastructure Department was asked if the project includes sewerage works. The answer: "It does not include sewerage works."
What the FOI brief does list: a clubhouse refurb, bar and alfresco dining upgrades, a new pro shop, a dog walking station and stormwater to water the course. The sewer fix is being paid for by a separate $269,500 NSW Government grant.
This is the same club where he held an undeclared honorary membership. The $6.05m came from an invite-only scheme with no competitive process. He also still owns his former family home about 200m from the club, now rented out.
Bridget McKenzie says the PM misled parliament and must correct the record.
Parliament was told sewage. The paperwork says bar upgrades.

Elephant Parts Smuggling Caught in Chonburi: Thai Customs officials have announced the seizure of more than 3.1 tonnes of elephant ivory and tails at Laem Chabang Port, concealed inside modified timber shipped from Zambia, with the total estimated value of the seized items reaching approximately 155 million baht.
