Eleven of the 12 states leading job growth since the pandemic are Republican.
Eight of the 10 slowest are blue.
At some point, Democrats should stop calling it a coincidence and start asking what they’re doing wrong.

unfathomable damage done to America. You could have abundant, cheap, emission-free electricity flowing to your home right now if it weren't for these people.
Ralph Nader, 1997: “When we came out against nuclear power in the early '70s, the government had predicted that there would be 1,000 nuclear plants by the year 2000 in the United States, and there's 109 and shrinking, as more and more get shut down.” pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline…

⏰Time is running out for Maryland!
Every governor in every state should say yes to this opportunity.
State Sen. Anthony H. Williams, a Democrat who has supported the expansion of charter schools and the state-based tax credits, said he has “gone past the period of being angry to simply confused.” He encouraged Shapiro to opt into the federal program “without delay.”

4 of the 5 states with the most expensive gas prices have Dem governors (and the 5th, AZ relies on CA for gas.) 12 of the 15 states with cheapest gas prices have GOP governors. Make it make sense to vote for Democrats to lower gas prices.

A new report identifies Maryland as one of the most fiscally irresponsible states in the nation, and one of only four states that spends more than it brings in.
Wes Moore and Maryland Democrats have plunged us into a multi-billion dollar deficit and fiscal crisis with their reckless spending. It is time for change on November 3rd.

PLEASE double check and make sure that you received a COMPLETE practice ballot! My practice ballot was missing almost all of the ballot questions including QUESTION 3! I’m curious about the scale of this problem… 🤔

What is MTA doing about fare evasion?
Spotlight on Maryland's months-long investigation found the state's transit system has a widespread fare evasion problem and that MTA could be losing $79 million on buses alone.
Reporter @TessaBentulan has learned the agency plans to form a task force, step up targeted enforcement and consider new fare gates.

FALSE: @mddems have been gerrymandering Maryland for DECADES. A Maryland judge finally stopped them. So now they want to rewrite the Constitution to make sure no judge — OR VOTER — can ever stop them again. They’re not leveling the playing field. They’re rigging it permanently.
Why is everyone talking about Question 3? Right now, strict rules limit how Maryland draws its federal voting maps, while other states draw theirs however they want. Voting YES on Question 3 levels the playing field and protects Maryland's influence nationwide. Verify your sample ballot details at the Maryland State Board of Elections Portal before heading to the polls!

Just canvassed over 180 doors in Ellicott City this afternoon! I’m working so hard because we desperately need utility cost relief, and my opponents aren’t delivering.
Our residential electric prices have increased by +40% from 2023 to 2026.
This is exacerbated by renewable portfolio standards (RPS). When energy companies do not meet the RPS, they pay Alternative Compliance Payments (ACP), which are passed onto consumers.
This money is directed into the Strategic Energy Investment Fund (SIEF), which is now being used as a slush fund to plug budget deficits.
Over the last two years, $500 million has been diverted from SEIF to fund budget deficits, not substantial ratepayer relief.
We need reliable and sustainable sources of energy. We need to eliminate the RPS, which is a hidden fee on ratepayers, and provide relief!

Wes Moore: “Too much red tape is stopping housing.”
Maryland taxpayers: Who the hell put all the red tape there?
Nothing says effective government like creating a regulatory maze, holding a press conference to remove part of it, and then taking credit for discovering scissors.✂️
Too much red tape has been stopping new housing from being built. Now, we’re cutting even more of that tape.
Since our last housing executive order, we’ve seen multifamily housing reviews sped up by 26%, environmental permits sped up by 25%, and permit approval rates go from 87% to 95%.
I’ve signed two more executive orders that’ll help builders build faster while also bringing down housing costs for Marylanders who want to own a home.

Reminder: The party that celebrated the cancellation of the Keystone XL pipeline isn’t going to do anything to lower your energy costs.
“I’m glad it’s dead.” — Elizabeth Warren
The Keystone XL pipeline was a giveaway to foreign oil lobbyists that put our communities, environment, and tribal lands at risk. I’m glad it’s dead, and I'm grateful to everyone who fought to make this day happen.

As Americans our elderly should not have to live in fear. This random mugging and Baltimore cost a valuable community, advocate her life. What’s more troubling is that had she not succumbed to her wounds. The suspect would have been charged with unarmed robbery. And this story would have stayed completely off the radar because politicians intentionally ignore crimes like this.
