Working 60-72 hrs/wk and then having to study an extra 10-12 hrs/wk makes this accomplishment feel sooooo good!
After this season of my life, I know there is nothing I can’t accomplish by God’s grace!

Open Source is the future…there are ppl charging for apps like these and this dude giving it away for free
Someone on Reddit built his wife a job search app.
She is a junior software engineer, and her job search had dragged on for almost 10 months. Tailoring a resume for every posting took ages.
So he built Dossier. It finds postings, then writes a tailored resume, cover letter and email for each job, using only facts from her profile.
It tracks every application from draft to offer on a board, and it runs on your own server, with a local AI model option, so your data stays with you.
She landed a job with it, so he open-sourced it for anyone in the same spot.
It is free at github.com/AienTech/dossier.
I’ve been waiting for this for some time!

It's crazy...I really did speak this into existence! God is good!
My 2012 Macbook Pro had a 1TB SSD with 96% of life left in it after running some commands and Apple really said they could not give me anything for it.
I bought a $9 external case and now have a spare hard drive and that would have cost me $150+ for a new one

It's dead chat...but I found out that I can pull the 1TB of storage and use it as an external drive!
I'm at a point in my career that I can only talk about what I do with my coworkers/colleagues because my family and friends won't understand, lol!
Learned how to expose an application to the internet is Cloudflare tunnels.
My goal is to build out a health panel tracker that I can access anywhere with automatically synced data from my Oura ring.
This PHP situation reminds me how much I hate hackers…instead of wiping out ppl’s debt, they steal from ppl already struggling
DO THIS: I make it a habit to get lower insurance quotes and then call my carrier to cancel...They will either offer cheaper coverage or let me know they can't match.
I just saved ~$600/yr by switching and I have more coverage now
I need to get an enterprise Claude account frfr…these boomers at work need some guidance cause they use it like a regular Google search
