My final view I agree with your observation $79,360–$79,520 is the more important resistance for a potential swing short. I would not short at $78K simply because RSI is elevated. Let BTC approach the larger resistance and see whether sellers actually defend it. If buyers break through that resistance with strong volume, we abandon the short idea rather than fight the breakout

This is the BTC chart illustration showing the two possible scenarios: Bullish: BTC defends $76,000–$76,450, reclaims $77,200–$77,315, and potentially moves toward $78,000–$78,050. Bearish: BTC breaks below $76,000 and could move toward $75,600–$74,790.

What happens if Trump loses control of the US Senate? And why should crypto investors pay attention? The 2026 US midterm elections could have a major impact on Trump’s administration and the crypto industry. If Democrats win control of the Senate, it doesn’t mean Trump automatically loses his presidency. But it could make governing much harder. Here’s why More political pressure: Democrats would control Senate committees, giving them greater power to investigate and scrutinise Trump’s administration. Government appointments: Trump’s ability to get senior officials and federal judges confirmed could become more difficult Crypto regulation: This is where things get interesting for us. Important crypto legislation, including efforts to establish clearer rules for digital assets in the US, could face delays or tougher negotiations More uncertainty for the market: Investors may become cautious as they reassess what this means for US crypto policy. That uncertainty could contribute to volatility across Bitcoin and altcoins, But let’s understand something: a Democratic Senate doesn’t automatically mean the US will become anti-crypto. Some crypto policies can still receive bipartisan support Why should we care as crypto traders? Because the US remains one of the most influential markets in crypto. Political decisions there can affect regulation, institutional confidence investment flows and market sentiment globally Don’t trade the headline blindly. Watch how the market reacts, follow the actual election results and protect your capital The bigger picture is this US politics can influence the direction of crypto, even when the political news has nothing to do with Bitcoin directly Stay informed Understand the bigger picture Don’t let headlines make your trading decisions for you

Hey @NYSMarkets I’d like you to take another look at this trader’s account breach @NROYALLTA The AUDJPY trade was opened 13 hours before the news and fully closed around 1 hour before the announcement So why was the account breached? This needs a proper investigation and a clear explanation @josb2b @JeniferGomezNYS Also according to your own rules only CPI NFP and FOMC news trading is prohibited. AUD news wasn’t mentioned as a restricted event On top of that traders are supposed to receive three warnings before an account breach The first should be a warning, but in this case that never happened What makes this even more frustrating is that the trader had already closed the entire position an hour before the news was released How does this justify breaching the account? Please review the case and provide some clarity

BTC is teaching traders an important lesson right now Look beyond the price. Understand the market structure On the 4H timeframe BTC is still showing bearish structure with lower highs and lower lows The MACD remains negative while RSI is approaching oversold territory But here’s something many traders get wrong An oversold RSI doesn’t automatically mean BTC is ready to pump On the 15M timeframe we’re seeing some recovery in momentum but that doesn’t mean the bigger trend has changed This is why I always pay attention to multiple timeframes • Daily tells you the bigger direction. • 4H helps you understand market structure • 1H helps you identify important levels • 15M helps you refine your entry. Watch support, resistance, volume and candle confirmation Don’t short just because the market is red. Don’t long just because RSI is oversold The goal isn’t to predict every move It’s to wait for confirmation and protect your capital Sometimes the best trade is the one you don’t take Trade with patience guys. šŸ¤ Use my code tošŸ‘‰ Join OKX: okx.com/join/OKX Card — Spend stablecoins directly. Something interesting is happening in the CEX market right now According to the DeFiLlama data I’m monitoring Binance recorded approximately $2.5B in net outflows over 24 hours, while OKX recorded around $173.5M in net inflows Looking at the 30-day figures makes it even more interesting ā—Binance: -$7.92B ā—OKX: +$414.76M With Binance recently resuming withdrawals, it’s worth paying attention to where capital is moving. Are users exploring alternatives? Are funds being redistributed across exchanges? Or is this simply normal market movement? One thing is clear: exchange flows are worth watching, especially during moments like this I’m keeping a close eye on OKX. šŸ‘€ Capital movement tells a story, but we still need more data before calling it a migration What’s your take guys?
